Great shorts! Hiked Yosemite's Mist Trail (14 miles plus) to Half Dome and back. Kept me cool and dry the whole way!

I'm not a shorts kind of guy; however, I couldn't justify wearing slacks on a vacation to Hawaii. I found these shorts rather comfortable with lots of pockets making it rather convenient. The fabric is great if you're going to be around the pool or the beach since it dries so easily. Kinda makes me wish I could get a pair of slacks made in the same style.

My husband LOVES this short! So much so that I had to search for a retailer who carried it. He says it is the most comfortable style and it also dries rapidly when wet. In Florida this is a very important feature. We hope North Face keeps making it and Zappos keeps selling it.

Comfort in shorts -
After purchasing The North Face Cargo Shorts, I wore them on a week’s trip to Florida. The only thing I would change is the lack of two rear pockets for wallets. If North Face would add those, this product would be almost perfect.

Great all around -
Got these for my hard-to-shop-for husband and he loves them. They are longer in length compared to other active shorts, a perfect fit because he's tall. He wears them to the gym as well as on the trail. Thanks.

Great travel shorts for gals -
Yep! I ordered these shorts for me, a gal, to pack for traveling - and I love them. The legs are long enough to feel comfortable wearing them in most any situation. The pockets are deep enough to hold a camera without fear of it falling out and the cargo pockets are also large enough to really be useful. They're comfortable to sit in for long periods of time, they don't bunch up and they wash easily. Only feature I would add would be a zipped security pocket inside the right front pocket - how about it, North Face?
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Same pair in a different color!

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
