It's a keeper -
Well . . . I have high-style taste on a resale shop budget. I love vintage Sonia Rykiel and Taryn Rose, but will not pay retail. Also, I am a former dancer with sensitive feed and have a demand for comfort. I like this shoe very much. Yes, it is very comfortable. Yes, it has style. Yes, it is less than $100. No, I don't particularly like the semi-wedge (HATE wedges) heel, but I can live (and walk) with it. In short, this shoe is a keeper.

Nice shoe, pretty comfortable, good looking. Good room for my large bunions, thank goodness! One odd "feature" is that the shoes creak loudly and incessantly, VERY annoying!!! To make a long story short, I tracked the problem down to the laces. I cut the quick cinch laces off (too bad, I liked them) and replaced them with the regular laces that came in the box. That seemed to solve the problem, but it soon returned and it kept getting worse and worse and worse. In a fit of frustration, I took the shoes down to my workshop and lightly sprayed the lace holes and lace loops with Finish Line Dry Teflon Lube, a bicycle chain lubricant. Problem solved. OK, I know that's weird, but it's a true story and the problem has not returned.

I LOVE these shoes!
I recently had bunion surgery and this style of shoe would not have been possible before. I wasn't sure how comfortable they would be, but oh my - they are! The heel is just high enough, the footbed is very cushy, and the straps do not cut into my foot one bit. No break-in necessary. I'm thrilled with these shoes.

The Softspots Tatianna shoes that I recently ordered are exactly as advertised. They are comfortable and so attractive, and they go with many different outfits. The wedge heels offer more stability than skinny little heels, and yet feel better than completely flat heels. I would recommend these shoes to others. Thanks also for such good service.

Great shoe.
These are very comfortable shoes - lots of toe room and cushy insole. The leather is soft and doesn't rub toes. The fit is true to size, with a comfortable heel height. Wore them all day with no problems! Great shoe! Really cute with jeans, too.

This shoe is attractive and very comfortable. I have very wide feet and it is hard to find something that is fashionable and easy to wear. I look forward to buying other styles in the future.

I needed a casual shoe to go with slacks for work- something comfy, not too pretentious, with a bit of a heel. These filled the bill quite nicely. If you have "problem feet" like I do (wide with bunions) don't hesitate to try these.

These shoes are great! I ordered several shoes from Zappos this time. I have very wide feet and needed some comfortable, good looking shoes. These Tatiannas fit perfectly and were all day right from the start. Very cushy insoles, just right heel height, and they look great with skirts, dresses and slacks. I now have them in 2 colors!

What a gorgeous sandal! Immediate comfort and excellent arch support. It breaks my heart that I cannot wear them due to a raised ridge under the toe. This must be the way all Keen sandals are made. I think it is supposed to hit in the area where the toes begin, at the ball of the foot, but it hits me in the center of the toe pad and begins to feel like I have a blister there. I consulted with friends who have tried Keen and one other person has the same problem. That raised area is barely noticeable to see or when rubbing your finger across it, but after a few hours on my feet, I feel like the princess trying to sleep on that dang pee. Ouch!

Very comfortable shoe! I love Softspot shoes and this style works well for me. The only negative feature is the strap – it’s a bit short for me so will have to get another hole punched in. The service at Zappos is great. I will continue to shop here.

Nice but poor fit - I usually wear a 7C and ordered the 7 wide; they were too narrow and too long, and the heel cup pressed into my foot. Also the "wine" is more red than wine. I'll try again with a 6.5WW and a little cordovan shoe polish. The insole seems very comfy.

Great shoes - Softspots Tatianna is very, very comfortable, I actually own two pairs, colors in black and tan. I love the way they look and feel on my feet. I have a narrow foot, and I am unable to find shoes to fit me in any store within a 50 mile radius. So I always wore tie shoes for my feet to feel somewhat comfortable. I was really reluctant to buy online without seeing the product in person. Zappos was a referral, so I thought I would give them a try. The first pair of black Softspots Tatianna was received, while the left shoe was a narrow, the right shoe was a medium width. I thought "oh great...here we go, this is going to be fun to try to return the shoes." Zappos was great!!! They were very apologetic, assured me they would check each shoe before they send out a new pair. The new pair was received the very next day, even before I returned the mismatched pair (all postage free). I have Zappos bookmarked on my computer for easy access, I will definitely order from them again. They stand behind their guarantee 125%.

This is my second pair. I have a hard-to-fit 7.5N and this shoe is perfect. Provides coverage, air, and comfort. I can barely feel them on my feet.

The Tatianna shoes by Softspots are wonderful! They are of high quality materials and were comfortable the first time I tried them on. My wide-size feet make finding shoes very difficult, but I was thrilled to find these fashionable shoes. I will definitely order again. Cute, comfy hurache style... just what I was looking for. And with a slight heel, too! I bought them in "wine" and the color is beautiful. Took a week or so to break them in, but now they're almost perfect.

At last!
Having bunions and hammertoes and living mostly in Crocs, I've been looking for the longest for shoes that were both comfortable and reasonably "dressy." I noticed the large number of reviews for these shoes and started reading and then ordered 2 pair. They're fine, looking good on my feet and comfortable enough to wear for several hours right out of the box. Hurrah!

 |  | I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU! I am extremely impressed with the manner in which you handled my first transaction. A little back ground...I have two little girls and the 'world comes to an end' if one gets something new and/or special, and the other one doesn't. Monday their grandparents bought my youngest girl a new pair of shoes that flash ('sparkle shoes' my oldest calls them), but they were unable to find the same flashing shoes in a larger size for my oldest girl. Needless to say, this situation was not acceptable with my oldest daughter (...cue a lot of screaming and fighting over a silly pair of shoes...). We searched everywhere to find similar shoes for my oldest daughter, to no avail. For some reason the universe is out to destroy my sanity and we could not find any 'sparkle shoes' for her. So I went online as a last resort, as I didn't want to have to wait 5-7 more days to receive the shoes. I found Zappos.com and was impressed by the selection of sizes and shoes available for kids, not to mention at a reasonable price. So I bought the shoes on Wednesday and was expecting to receive them no earlier than the following Monday, which, in my 2 year old daughter’s mind was sometime in the next millennium! To my surprise, I received an email stating my order was upgraded to a faster shipping method for FREE and was going to be processed and shipped later in the day on Wednesday. To my daughter’s delight I just received my tracking information and discovered that my order was shipped overnight to us and would be delivered by 3pm on Thursday. We will be receiving her new 'sparkle shoes' about 24 hours after I placed the order online. THANK YOU! You have, at the very least, made a little girl extremely happy and earned a customer for life. It’s amazing how much free shipping (even standard ground) can motivate someone to use your site, but to go ahead and upgrade to overnight shipping at no charge...Wow.
