My experience has been consistent with the strong reviews on this shoe. Comfortable and dressy enough for work but also good for more casual wear. I've had a pair of Ecco's before and ordered same size and did not have any issues with sizing. I'd strongly recommend this shoe to others.

Ecco shoes -
I love these shoes. They are elegant looking but comfortable like a pair of sneakers. What a joy to dress nice but be able to stand on your feet.

The shoe looks great and is very comfortable. I have feet that are somewhere between 8 1/2 and 9 and ordered a size 42 (one size smaller) based on reviews by other purchasers. It was a little too large, so I sent it back and ordered a 41. Zappos has customer service down to a fine art. Returning the first pair and getting the replacement was a breeze. I will definitely purchase from Zappos again.

Great everyday suit shoe -
I usually wear Sanuk slip-ons or other super comfortable (and hopefully cool) shoes, but I bought these for a series of job interviews, and, boy, are they comfortable and stylish! They do run large, though; I usually wear a 10, but went with a 9.5 and it still feels a bit long, okay in the width. Great shoes.

Ecco's and Zappos - a great combination!
I recently ordered a pair of these shoes - they came with a small blemish. Zappos immediately shipped me a new pair without question. The shoes are as expected - like slippers with solid support. I may window shop at the store - I always buy at Zappos.

Runs large -
I tried these on at Nordstrom and found them to be larger and wider than marked. Keep that in mind as you can't tighten these. I wear a 44 in most brands (Mephisto), but these in a 43 fit me perfectly. Build quality is top notch. Glad Ecco is making a comeback.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
