I had to wear these several times (like 10 times) before they stopped giving me a blister on my ankle. I thought the little elastic strip holding the rear of the shoe to the foot would keep it snug so it wouldn't rub, but it just kept it rubbing hard. They eventually broke in, but are definitely better with socks that cover the ankle. Sand also gets into the mesh sides - mm, gritty.

Simple as that! I have NEVER been disappointed by any transaction I've had with Zappos over the years and have ALWAYS been impressed with the attention to detail your team has given consumers.
