Perhaps THE most comfortable boot ever made -
I have bought this boot twice - in the SAME color since I've worn them every day during the winter for two seasons. Perfect blend for jeans or business pants. I live in Boston where the brick pavement kills your heels (it's a full-time job keeping narrower heels out of the cracks). Not only are these manageable heel heights (2.5 inches) which enable me to walk for blocks on end, but they're hardy, classically styled and well made. I wish there were more colors than the brown and black. I'd buy them all up for future seasons to come.

Sexy, Stylish, and Incredibly Comfortable -
I am a huge Stuart Weitzman fan as I have wide feet (they look like boxes) and I want to wear stylish shoes. For me it is difficult to find shoes that are stylish and comfortable. I bought the Mars boot in a 7C and they fit perfectly. I've worn them for a full day of walking and my feet (and legs) felt great at the end of the day. Thank you Stuart Weitzman and Zappos for getting them to me in a VERY timely and efficient manner!

Great Boot!
I labored over whether to buy this boot or another based on comments, however, I went with this one as my experience Weitzman shoes has always been very positive. I am glad I did as I really was pleased with it. It fits great, love the heel height, and I did not find it too narrow as another reviewer found. I would highly recommend it!

Great boot -
I have an extra narrow foot & bought these in 9 SS - I still must put extra padding in the boot & thick socks for it to fit tight enough, but they are very comfortable. My salesman at the Stuart Weitzman store says my feet are a 5 A & all shoes no matter how narrow are too big for me, but these are real nice & only need a little extra padding. I now plan to buy the brown ones, too.

Comfortable, basic boot -
I purchased this boot in black and loved it so much I purchased it again in brown. A basic boot that looks great with slacks and jeans. Perfect heel height for wearing for long periods of time.

Great boot!
I do a lot of walking and standing at my job, and I found these boots to be great! The heel is low enough that you're not thrown off balance, but still comfortable to walk in. I would recommend this shoe to anyone!

As expensive as this boot is, I was expecting a little more luxury. The shoe is long, to accommodate the very pointy toe, but it's also very narrow where the toes are. It's a very snug boot. The medium width should fit a narrow foot comfortably. The sole is very hard. No cushioning. I ended up getting the Anne Klein Greer boot instead. Same look, but a much more comfortable boot.
