These shoes are extremely comfortable and do not need to be broken in. They also have excellent traction and a good to very good arch support. I would not say that these shoes are extremely dressy but they are great for business casual wear. The only negative is that the right heal of the shoes I purchased are squeaking a little bit which may go away once I wear them a little more.

Phenomenal comfort for all day wear. Less formal than full leather sole, but far better feeling and much safer on slick surfaces, and plenty dressy for a suit or business casual.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: All Bostonian with POD2 system sole

Great shoe -
Not Zappos fault, I ordered a size too large. Looks big (I'm 14 and ordered 15 by mistake)--but really sticks out, large sizes beware. Styling OK in this size; would look good in smaller sizes. Not a premium shoe.

Liked the lightweight feel of this shoe even though it looks heavy and solid. Very comfortable, a little bigger than used to, great offering of widths for my extra wide foot.

I was looking to replace a pair of Bostonian Como's, which I really liked, but this cap toe shoe is nicer looking and better constructed than the Como. Hopefully, it will be as durable.
