Back to the Future -
I have had problems with my back for a number of years. Until the last year or so, I managed them via exercise. Then, the exercise no longer proved to be the palliative it once was. Doctors and therapists helped, but did not deal adequately with the problem. This Earth Shoe offers significant relief. I assume that its sole with a lower-heel-than-toe approach does align beneficially the back and hips. It took a few days to adjust my gait to the new posture, but, now, I can walk with much less pain and discomfort.

Welcome back, Earth shoes -
I've been wearing these daily for the last month and absolutely love them. The Kalso foot bed design takes a bit to get used to but you easily learn to improve your posture and it makes for a comfy shoe. I have a wicked heel spur and flat arches and these have helped transition the weight onto the front of my feet. Awesome looks, quality and comfort. As always Zappos customer support went beyond the norm and continues to rule the online experience.

Earth Cedar Chukka -
My first experience with Zappos was extraordinary. The service was first rate; my shipping was upgraded to next day at no expense to me; and I was intoxicated by the free shipping and return policy. Shoes are great and love them. This shoe is a little larger size than normal, but this can be fixed with heavier socks which I would normally wear with this style shoe anyway.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Birkenstock now makes a chukka that is very nice, has good arch support and is a little dressier than the Earth Cedar.

Not bad, not bad at all.
I was excited to get these boots. They look exactly like a pair I have worn for about 6 years. The inverted heel configuration takes a little to get used to, but I think the ergonomics benefits are legit. They fit well except for a little heel slip. I wear them with thicker socks in the winter, so I'm not sure how that will be in summer.

My husband says he likes them a lot. He is a UPS delivery man and says they are the only boots he will wear. They support his feet, back and posture.

Since young age, I always dream to have a pair of chukka boots.

Throw out your orthotics!!!
These are so comfortable and they look great. I plan on totally converting over to this brand. Beside the Cedars, I also have a pair of slip ons. My feet used to hurt all the time...even with my $400.00 orthotics. I don't need those anymore. Earth shoes are getting better styles too! I have happy feet.
