2 big...small feet -
I absolutely loved these shoes @ first sight. I have 4 pairs of clogs and I work and play in them. Unfortunately, the smallest size they have is a 36 and they are too big.

Expected more from Dansko -
I bought these shoes based upon the Zappos reviews. "Super cute" and "super comfy" they are not! When I opened up the box I almost didn't put them on but figured they might look cuter when they are on my foot. I was wrong. This is definitely not one of the more attractive shoes that Dansko has made. Also disappointing was the comfort. The leather was stiff and the sole felt very hard. I'm used to Dansko's stiff soles as I own several pair, but this was not normal for Dansko. Also, my big toe hit the front of the shoe and the strap seemed bigger than I would need as I could not get a good fit around the top of my foot. I was hoping to use these for a trip to England in a month. Now I'm still looking for a comfortable walking shoe. My recommendation is, if you are looking for a casual maryjane, to check out Keen. That's where I'm headed!

Great Walking Shoe -
This is a truly fabulous shoe; I have two pairs and when I travel they're all I bring with me. I have walked all over the world in these and my feet always feel great. They're so easy to wear all day and work for casual dinners, too. Love them! My Dansko clogs have started gathering dust since I got two pairs of these (black, peanut).

Very cute, but sizing difficult -
These shoes were so cute and I wanted them to fit, but alas they didn't. I have long narrow feet that are difficult to fit. I am truly an 11.5, and these shoes are European sized. I ordered a 42 that was labeled as comparable to a US 11.5-12. But they were too small. I was disappointed; especially because that was the largest size they had in these. Sadly I had to return them. I think they would have been a perfect all around shoe for my European vacation.

Love this shoe!
Dansko Giselle is the cutest shoe! I followed the advice of one reviewer and order a size bigger than I usually wear. I usually wear a 10.5 (41) and ordered the 42. The shoe came the next day! It was gigantic! Sooo...I ordered it again last night at 10:30 p.m. in a size 41. It came today! I don't know how you do it Zappos!
The 41 is even a little big. But, I tried this shoe on in a store in Albuquerque, NM in a 40 and it was too small!
I will put some removable soles in them and they will be fine!

Just not right for me.
I purchased this shoe based off the reviews. The arch just wasn't right for my foot. I liked the look. I have to admit, I'm and Earth fan. I shouldn't have been swayed. I sent these back for Earth Ivy.

Cute shoe.
I own Dansko clogs, and of course these fit differently, they are a totally different shoe. These were a good length, did have to have the toe box stretched because it rubbed on the pinky toe a bit. Overall comfy, on my feet all day. Very cute style, good with tights or jeans.

This was my first pair of Dansko’s. I have since added to the collection. I love the fit. I can wear them all day comfortably. I have a semi-wide foot and they were perfect. I wish the buckle wasn't on a piece of elastic.

Size 12 feels like a size 11 -
I LOVED this shoe. It looks better than the photos, is well made and comfortable. I was disappointed because the shoe was marked as a size 12, but was very short. There's no option of ordering up for me. Regretfully I have to return it. Be aware that the espresso color almost looks plum, it's nice, but not what you might expect.

I wanted to love these.
I have worn Dansko for 12 years with perfection. Unfortunately, this style does not live up to the Dansko reputation I have come to rely on. It runs huge, wide all around. Although when I sized down, my toes hit the front. Wrong sizing, unless you have very wide feet. I have average width feet and usually wear a 38 in Dansko. These were a disappointment. They were big all over except at the heel, which rubbed my heels - ouch! I sent them back, moved on, and order the Earth Echelon. We shall see!

I wanted to love this shoe because I need a lot of arch support and it is hard to find in cute flat styles. There was just not enough arch support so I sent them back and kept a pair of the "clog" sole style Danskos instead.

I wear a 6 1/2 US and 37 in Euro. I have 3 pair of Danskos in that size. Ordered these in 37. They are at least a size too big. Not even sure a 36 would fit. Order these at least one size smaller. Very disappointed as the size seemed too large all over. Also cuter in the picture.

I love this shoe! I have sensitive feet, and I can wear these all day working in the hospital. Not only that, but I get many compliments about how good they look (even with skirts!) I highly recommend this shoe!

Love/hate relationship -
I love these shoes for their comfort and stylishness. However, after several months of wear, they are literally falling apart at the seams. The stitching around the ankle has come apart and the lining on the inside around the ankle has disintegrated, leaving the support structure of the shoe falling out. I love these shoes and will continue to wear them, but will have the added expense of taking them to a cobbler for repair.

Zappos rocks Danskos five stars plus!
I saw Giselle on a colleague at a recent business meeting. When I complimented her on the shoe, she said she got it at Zappos recently. I found it in two colors and ordered it; I could not be happier with having found a really great Dansko that I had never seen in a store in San Francisco, where I live. Furthermore, I am pleased beyond description with the ease of ordering them from Zappos, the free shipping, and the rapid delivery.

So comfortable. All 10 piggies have plenty of room. This shoe fits differently from the Dansko clogs, but is wonderful in its own way. It's hard to go back to other brands and styles.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.
I LOVE this shoe! I bought them to begin a new life as a grad student/teacher and was able to walk and stand in them all day the first day with absolutely no problems. At the end of the day, my feet felt as if I had been wearing athletic shoes. Now I have my mom and neighbor in the Dansko Chelsea collection and we couldn't live without them. A+.

Great work shoe!
This shoe is, by far, the best I've ever had to wear to work. The Giselle is also great for casual days. The difference in my back, knees, and feet was incredible, even after 8 hours on my feet. I also get compliments on them each time I wear them. I would highly recommend this shoe!

Maryjanes Addiction -
I've been a huge fan of Maryjanes for a good number of years now. Unfortunately lately a good number of my favorite pairs have worn out and I needed to find replacements. Giselle fits the bill very well, my one and only complaint is that they are stiff at first and I got some blisters after the first few days of wearing them. They have softened up with time though and now are superbly comfortable. Definitely I'll be sampling more Danskos in the future.

The Black Gems -
There are many things in life that I can do without but Giselles are not one of them. After a recent disappointment with some styles of Earth brand shoes I was in the market for a comfortable and sturdy shoe that was also stylish that I could wear with my work uniform. I've always had a thing for maryjanes so this one got my attention immediately. This is a very flattering style for larger feet as it lengthens the foot making it appear smaller and slimmer. The sole is extremely cushioning and makes walking or standing for long periods very comfortable. I've read other reviews here and I disagree about the flimsiness of the elastic attaching the buckle to the shoe. I find that it is sturdy and if you buckle and unbuckle to shoe to get it on or off then that reduces wear on the elastic making it last longer. Overall a truly great shoe. If you're going to get a pair of Danskos these should be it.

Not just old lady shoes -
I have been looking for these shoes all over the place and finally found them. Highly recommend these for young and old. My first comment was from a young lady. She stated, "I want a pair. Where did you get those?" I am 87 and they were a perfect fit! I will keep walking as long as I am wearing these wonderful shoes. Thanks Dansko.

Dansko shoes are known for comfort, and these shoes are extremely comfortable as well as stylish. I have the cayenne color which is very nice. I highly recommend this shoe.

While I don't always keep all the shoes I order from Zappos, it gives me the opportunity to have the shoe store come to me! I am your biggest fan, and get stopped often with ladies asking me where I get my fabulous shoes.
