Wonderful.
I've been looking for sleek, totally gray shoes for a long time and am glad I made this purchase. They fit perfectly and barely needed to be broken in at all. I do pretty intense walking throughout the day and aside from the heel slipping a little bit these shoes are very comfortable. A great purchase!

Look like ballerina shoes -
The shoes have a satiny look I wasn't expecting. Very feminine looking for a sneaker, which is kind of fun. The soles are very thin, so they aren't walkers. Less a sneaker in feel, perhaps more a moccasin.

My wife and I have ordered several pairs of shoes/boots from you folks over the past few years and you have yet to make a mistake that we are aware of. Well done! I think we did have to return one pair a few years ago, but that was just because they weren't quite what Jamie wanted. Even that was handled without muss or fuss. In these days of non-existent customer service and help lines staffed by people who don't really speak English, it is refreshing to do business with your company.
