	Dear Customer: Shopping at Zappos.com is so convenient especially when gasoline is $4.00/gal these days. I wear a 13 4E/5E depending on the type of footwear. Most stores do not carry my size which has been a waste of my time and energy until now. Free shipping going & coming 365 days a year is the best you can get these days. I ordered 4 pairs and returned two pairs incurring no fees, whatsoever. If you want convenience, quality and great service, do all your footwear purchases at Zappos.com.
