Integrity, customer first, and taking care of your employees will take you far in the world of commerce. My first experience was when I purchased some shoes locally, had a concern about them, and thought I was contacting Clarks directly. Instead, I ended up with a Zappos customer service person. I not only got a replacement pair of shoes at no cost, but Zappos won a friend - and customer - for life. I ALWAYS recommend Zappos when I hear a friend searching for products they carry.
