Nice boot -
I have a hard time finding shoes & boots that fit my wide feet and bunions. But the Montrail's Torre GTX fit the bill. I ordered a half size larger to be sure that the width would be wide enough and I am glad that I did. Now I can wear heavy socks and my orthotics and I still have plenty of room. Especially in the toe area. They did require about two weeks of breaking in. They seem to be a tough, supportive boot.

Great boot -
I bought this boot because it came in wide width. Perfect! This is a substantial boot, great for mountain hiking and trekking in snow. Easy lacing system. Boot is heavy, but I like that for a mountain boot. Great support in rough terrain. Plenty of room for my orthotics. Looks good, too.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
