Cute, but a little too big -
I wish this shoe came in a 10.5W. I wear an 11W in just about everything, but this shoe is, I'm quiet certain, a half size bigger than what's marked. I'll probably get some kind of heel insert to help keep it on my foot. This shoe is cute enough to keep, even if it's too big. The wedge is just the right height, and the peep toe opening is big enough so that my toes don't get squished.

Cute, but hurt -
Well, I found the shoe to be cute. I got it in black, size 11, and it flopped off my foot, the first day there was so much extra space. I had to grip it to stay on, so I went and got those clear gel insoles to see if that would tighten up the shoe; however, it didn’t work because all it did was send my foot up to the front more. In turn the shoe rubbed up on the sides of my toe and it was quite painful by the end of day two, so sadly, I must send them back. Better luck next time!

Comfortable, professional -
I wear an 8W and was looking for something professional, but comfortable enough to wear all day on my feet. Flats are often tricky because they tend to squash the toes together and/or provide little protection from the heel. These fit really well and the wedge is just high enough to give me a little lift and protection, but not high enough to put too much weight on the balls of my feet. Also, the gel in the heel cushions some of the impact. I bought the brown, which is nice rich brown. My one complaint is the hard wedge heel makes that clunking noise when you walk. I wish it had a rubbery sole to get rid of the noise.

Very comfortable shoe. I gave it only 4 stars because it runs wide and I have to use insoles to keep it on. I kept it, but probably should have exchanged for a narrow (and I normally never take a narrow). Well made also, and the peep-toe is large enough not to pinch when I walk.

Darling shoe, but...
Loved the look, seemed to fit well, but black patent leather material was so stiff it cut into my toe where the peep toe shoes, too uncomfortable to try wearing.
Was going to order black leather without patent leather material to see if that was better, but none available in my size, too bad!

The shoe is fashionable and has a stylish look, the heel is a perfect height and very comfortable. However, the material of the shoe is too hard and scrub the skin of my fingers where the aperture is at the front.

Just right! These shoes were a "Cinderalla experience." I ordered three different brands in the same style shoe. These, by far, were the most comfortable and the ones I chose to wear to my granddaughter's wedding. Thank you, Zappos, for making shoe shopping so easy!

More of a flat than a wedge -
I found this shoe stiff and the gel in the heel to be uncomfortable - not because of the gel itself, but because I could feel the stitching around it. Also, it is more of a flat than a wedge - while it has a wedge heel, it feels and looks quite flat, which was not the look I wanted.

A little too big -
Like mostly everyone else, I found this shoe a 1/2 size too large. Going to exchange, because the shoe seems as though it will be super comfy.

This shoe is comfortable; however, more padding at the ball of your foot would have been better. The width in the heel is very wide. I had to put in a heel cushion grip and will be purchasing more padding for the ball of my foot. I do a lot of walking and half way through the day, the balls of my feet start hurting.

Nice shoe, but...
I was looking for a more casual peep toe shoe and was hoping these would fit the bill. The shoe itself looked nice. However, didn't work on my foot. Ordered size 8W. Great fit in the toe area, but too big in the heel area. Sadly sent them back.

Too large, no half sizes in larger sizes -
Really nice shoes, but had to return them. Run a half size too large. I could not go one half size down because half sizes are not available in the larger sizes. Fitzwell is an oxymoron, but when you do find a good fit--as I did with the boots--they're like walking on clouds. Sanborn was also true to size

Excellent choice in shoes. I love wearing it with dresses or a pair of jeans. They are comfortable and just cute. The only problem I have in them is that my foot keeps sliding forward.

These shoes are much nicer in person then they are on the screen! They look great on and the wedge is low which is a huge plus if you're looking for an everyday/work type shoe. The only problem with these shoes is the heel is too big and my foot keeps slipping out of them. I tried an insert in the shoe but that didn't seem to do the trick. I will be returning them for that reason which is too bad because I really love them!

I thought these shoes were attractive and well priced. They are a bit stiff but I'm hoping to wear them in. I did need to use heal guard and pad under the ball of the foot to customize the fit but no blisters so far.

Not that cute or comfortable in person -
I thought these looked like a comfortable basic shoe for work and with jeans. They didn't really fit me right. They were much wider than my foot - they may look cuter on a wider foot? Also, I didn't find the quality to be that great. You could see the lining of the shoe, which is a different color, peeking out from certain parts where the stitching was. If it was like this all the way around, it would look intentional maybe, but this just looked like it was poorly made. It wasn't all that cute on my foot and it wasn't comfortable either because the peep toe part seemed like it would rub as I walked. Might be ok on a wider foot that would fill it out more.

Odd fit -
The style of shoe was just what I was looking for - wedge, peep-toe, brown, semi-dressy - but the shoes fit was just odd. I have a wide foot and so the reviews about these being a bit wider than other brands encouraged me. They are wider - but the heel slips. It is not cut high enough in the back to hug your foot and keep the shoe on! When I pay more than $50 for shoes, I don't want to have to invest in heel pads or anything else to make them fit. Sorry to say, I'm returning these.

Very nice looking -
I ordered these shoes in white leather in my size 12B. I thought they would look really cool with my white capris. When the shoes arrived, what a disappointment. They were half a size too large and the instep was large enough to drive a truck through. I was able to fit my 4 fingers between my foot and the instep, there was so much room!!
They look very nice, so I was really not happy that they don't fit. Back they go. The leather is also very stiff and edges sharp.

Having wide beautiful feet, it is always a challenge to find pretty shoes that fit well. This shoe fits well and looks nice...not frumpy. Important to a 60-something woman who likes putting her best "feet" forward. Nice basic work shoe. Comfortable - this is my second pair in just a few months. I wouldn’t say they don’t hold up, because right now they are they only pair that fits me well, so I wear them almost every day, and I would buy them again without hesitation.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
