 |  | You guys are so awesome! I am honored to be part of the VIP program -- seriously! Last week, I had errands to do at the mall, and since my son's graduation is coming up, I thought I would go into a department store to look for shoes. But then I thought of Zappos and the truly wonderful experience I have consistently had in searching for and purchasing shoes for my whole family. So while walking to the store, I stopped halfway there, turned, and went out to the car and drove home. I then sat down at my computer and found exactly what I was looking for my two sons. And this is no easy chore since they both have wide feet, and the stores we usually go to never carry Wides. When I saw the Zappos box on the porch yesterday, I actually clapped and yelled YAY!!! (Corny, I know!:)) Today I am going to look for myself! Can't wait! I love you guys and tell everyone I know about what a superior company you are.
