I love these shoes!
I have flat feet. They are narrow in the heel and I need a wide toe-box. The 574 New Balance Classic meets these needs. The removable insole allows for an extra arch cookie or a custom orthotic. Very stable shoe with great shock absorbing qualities. Looks good, feels wonderful. I hate the way walking/running shoes evolved to resemble giant, bulky, clumsy marshmallows. THEY DON'T WORK. NB had it right from the beginning with this simple classic design with cantilever heel. I may try to buy a lifetime supply.

Most comfortable work shoe -
These classic New Balance shoes have a good arch support and offer good stability. I am on my feet all day for my job and these are the best shoes I have found yet. As a plus they look a bit more stylish than other straight black walking shoes. This is my second pair and I am hoping they don't quit making them.

I have the New Balance Classics W574 in many colors. I love these shoes because they are comfortable and wear well. I have wide feet and found New Balance to be the only shoe like this to fit my foot.

I like these shoes and they are comfortable. However, when I spilled something on them and tried to wipe it off with a cloth and water, the cloth turned black. So, I don't think this is one to wear in the rain. I like everything else about the shoe.

Slippery comfort -
I use these shoes for work at the restaurant. They're great for my feet and my back, but they're really slippery on a wet floor. This is my second pair of these and I know from experience that once I get the tread worn down, they won't be nearly as hazardous.

I need 10 of these!
Cutely retro... I've gotten numerous compliments on the cuteness of this shoe. Not a running shoe, but certainly good to kick around with and walk in for hours. Amazingly comfortable and comes in wide even in the smaller sizes (Zappos had my hard-to-find 5.5D size!).

Love these shoes!
These are a great pair of shoes. They come in widths, which was great for my wide feet. The W fits wonderfully for a wide foot like mine. These fit true to size and have great arch support. They were a little uncomfortable when I first put them on, but they softened up after a few short walks. I don't think these are meant to be athletic shoes, but they are great for just kicking around town, taking the dog for a walk, or playing frisbee in the park. I bought these in the Silver/Cream/Pink. The pink is a gorgeous coral color. The cream suede gets dirty pretty quickly, but that's to be expected. The tag says not to put these shoes in the washing machine, but I've washed mine in the machine and they turned out fine. A great purchase. Highly recommended.

NOT true to size -
I cannot feel my feet into these shoes! I normally wear a size 8. I bought an 81/2 wide and my toes are in the top. These do not feel like a wide width shoe at all. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot even wear!

The Perfect Shoe!
I love New Balance shoes and I'm really happy that they came out with the classic grey pair with a hint of pink! These shoes are very comfortable and very cute!! They look great with just about anything!

I work at a hospital and have to stand on my feet most of the day. These are great for that! They have great support and also look great. I have had may compliments and I reply, "Go to Zappos.com, and you will find every kind of shoe possible!"
