They're perfectly cute, comfy and functional! My daughter loves them in "Beet Red." She's 3 and has trouble putting them on herself, but overall they were a big hit.

This is a great all purpose sandal for running, the beach or a day walking around the museum. My 4 year old normally wears a size 9 in other shoes, but we needed to order a size 10 in these Keens. Also, these are great for even narrow feet because these sandals can be cinched to fit snugly.The plus is they hold up very well to machine washing, great for hand me downs. Zappos delivery was perfect! I originally ordered the size 9 from another online shoe company that I had a gift certificate from, but the other company was greatly inferior in delivery, returns, and pricing. Zappos is the only way to order for me!

We bought these as an alternative to my 8 year old daughter's Crocs since she hates wearing socks but needs a closed toe shoe for school. She loves them. "They are cool", she says, "and very comfortable." Easy to get on, supportive, and waterproof make them even better.

This is a very cool shoe. I bought these for my nearly three year old for the summer. I wanted a sandal for the hot weather, but something with a protected toe. These are not only functional but also so lovely looking. Three other little children she knows have got them for themselves. The beet color is beautiful. I may get a pair for myself, too.

These shoes are awesome. I bought them for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves them. She has hardly had them off since she received them. She even wants to wear them to bed. She's warn them in the water, my daughter has washed them and they still come out looking brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy her another pair when she out grows this pair. Keen's are a quality shoe, very durable and comfortable for the little ones in your life. Her Daddy wanted a pair too so I ordered him an early birthday present from Zappos. Thank you Zappos.

Very comfortable and practical shoes. My 3.5 year old uses them for camp every day. She does come home with "stinky feet", but when the shoes are washed, they don't smell anymore. It's summer, it's hot and the soles are made out of plastic, so the "stinky feet" situation is expected! I will buy them again next year for sure!

My 6 yo loves these. We can wear them in the river, at the water park, and on a walk. My 4 yo will wear them but prefers a more girly ballerina shoe. She doesn't like having to do the velcro straps and says the heel bothers her some. I have a pair and love them.

Bought a teal blue pair of these at a store and then found the crocus colored pair online. My daughter loves them. She's a dress-wearing fool and her pink Keens go with all her dresses including her princess dress ups. I got them because she had to have closed-toed shoes for school - safety first! The teachers love them because she never slips on the playground or on the floors and I love that they are easy to clean.

We ordered these shoes for our little one who generally wears orthotics. She can't wear orthotics with water shoes so we wanted to invest in better made shoes for the summer. The only complaint is that on the second or third time she wore them the little plastic tip popped off the elastic cord on the top of the shoes...nothing catastrophic but at the price this shouldn't happen. When I contacted Zappos via email they offered to replace the shoes!!! So now I have donated the second pair to a needly family whose little girl will enjoy a foot friendly summer thanks to Zappos! The shoes go from playground to traipsing to beach and everything in between! Ordering them for me next!

I love these shoes! We have gotten so many compliments on them. This is the second summer that I have purchased Keen's for my daughter. She is able to run around and play in them and I can wash them when they get dirty. They are very comfortable and I highly recommend them. Zappos is great too because they arrived the day after I purchased them. Thanks Zappos!

The closed and reinforced toes are great for running around the park or riding bikes without stubbing toes. You can wear them at the beach or pool because they are waterproof. They can be worn with skirts, shorts, or pants. Good for wider feet. Sturdy. One minor thing is the rubber bottoms make feet sweat and after awhile the shoe smells, but you can toss them into the wash to clean. Also, it may take a few times for a kid to get used to putting them on by themselves because the elastic opening is a bit tight to easily slip on and off. Overall, I would definitely buy these again and recommend to a friend.

GREAT shoe! I used the size guide on the Zappos site and the shoes fit perfectly! My kids love their shoes and needed no "breaking in" time. I bought them for our upcoming trip to Disney World and I can't get them out of these shoes! We have a cabin on a lake and these will be perfect for that too. I will definitely buy these again for future summer wear!

Greatest shoe ever!!
These are the only shoes I buy for my kids for spring/summer. They wash up well, are easy to get on and off, and seem to be very comfy. There is also good toe protection and overall foot support. I LOVE these shoes! They are waterproof as well. The only negative is that they can make feet a little stinky, but I easily overlook that due to the excellence of the shoe!

Keens are very versatile -
My daughter has been enjoying Keen's since she was 1. She got her first hand me down from a cousin. My daughter wore them all the time and they were very easy to walk in and could be worn like sandals with no socks or with socks making them more like tennis shoes. I just bought her another pair because we are taking a trip to the beach and did not want to have to take a bunch of shoes. She is loving them! They are super comfortable and easy for her to put on herself at 2 years old.

Could not ask for more!
My kids lived in Crocs. My kids (6, 4 and 2) have flat feet and my 4-year-old pronates badly. I have started having them live in these and use Crocs only for the pool. These shoes are great for their feet and they can play in the pool or creek in them and you just hose them off and they look like new! Support like a tennis shoe but convenience of a sandal. Do make sure you are ordering the ones with velcro though. It makes it sooo much easier! Even my daughter, who is in to her cute flip flops, loves her pink Keens

I love these shoes!!! These shoes are the most amazing summer shoes for kids! They are sturdy enough to run in, breezy like a sandal and can get wet and bounce right back! The velcro strap for easy on and off is a huge bonus! My daughters live in these all summer. They are absolutely wonderful!

Highly recommended for active kids -
Excellent sandal for my toddler. She has chubby baby feet still and these sandals are wide enough such that they fit her feet perfectly. She's newer at walking and so the toe protection feature is necessary for those stumbles. These sandals don't inhibit her walking, if anything they help stabilize her! They weigh lighter than they look and have a very cushy insole.

Suitable for Special Needs Kids -
I recently purchased this shoe for my daughter at the suggestion of her Physical Therapist. My daughter has mild Cerebral Palsy and wears a leg brace most of the time. Her therapist said this shoe would offer her stability and support when not wearing her brace. I'm pleased to report she was right! The wider base of the sole offers stability and it has an arch for support inside the shoe. This shoe also seems to run a little wider than most which is great because my daughter also has a slightly wider than normal foot making shoe buying difficult. And, of course, there's also the washability and durability of Keen shoes in general. I would highly recommend this shoe.

These shoes are excellent. My daughter is pretty rough with her shoes. These shoes let her feet breathe; she can put them on herself. They are non-slip. Totally protect her feet from any activity. I found I needed to get a size up from what she normally wears. For us, excellent buy.
