I greatly appreciate that at Zappos, "customer service" means exactly that, with gracious efficiency. I realized I had misread a review. So I requested a cancellation which was successfully completed even though the shoe had apparently left the warehouse. The personable young lady who helped me performed a successful "rescue." I was not too optimistic. What a delightful surprise. Thank you again, Zappos! (If only some government agencies could learn from your example! I've been trying for 2 years to get copies of my birth certificate corrected! I'll just buy more shoes instead.)
