I purchased a pair of these Uggs boots from Zappos last fall and simply love them, could put them on out of the box and they fit like a glove. This spring when they went on sale I ordered the black pair so I would have two different colors for this winter to wear. Love them, love them and they are perfect boots for winter and ice!

Could wear these boots all day -
I live in Maine and needed some warm and stylish boots. These fit the bill. In addition, they are so comfortable that I sometimes will wear them all day. They have held up very well.

I chose the Ugg Kona boot after I purchased and wore the Ugg Tall Swell boot. I wanted another boot with the same foot style. These boots fit and wear exactly as the Swell style. They are extremely comfortable and even though I hail from Florida I recently discovered, they keep one's feet warm, even in snow! I was nothing short of amazed! As for the problems some have with no arch support; I don't find that to be a problem. I have had a terrible time in the past finding shoes that I can wear all day while on my feet. I wear Dansko Professional Clogs, Borne Clogs and Merrill clogs because frankly nothing else is comfortable to me except for some unknown reason, the Ugg boots with this style foot base. This style simply fits and feels great all day. During our recent Spring Break vacation in the cold north, I didn't take them off all day, every day. I didn't wear socks but my feet remained toasty warm and as I have said, they were comfortable all day! Simply put, I can't figure why others complain so much about lack of arch support, my high arches have never, ever complained! I don't like the look of the ever popular "chunky" boot by Ugg and can't imagine they would ever be comfortable but this style foot bed boot is fabulous. I will continue to buy more of them as these begin to show signs of wear, perhaps in another color or another style. The numerous styles offer great choices and colors. I recommend them to people everywhere I go. I have discovered that whenever I wear a pair of them I get loads of compliments! They fit me perfectly; I wear a size 8-8.5 in most shoes and chose a size 8 in this style. I thought I should wear a 9 but after comparing the two sizes I quickly realized the 8 was the best fit. I would suggest going a half size down rather than up if you are in between unless you try them on in the store yourself. For the price, these are keepers!

This has become my favorite winter boot. I ended up buying two colors. Very good looking, much better foot support & cushioning than most Uggs, and a nice, wide space for toes to stretch out. Very comfortable for walking. Can work for either casual or dress. Also comfortable without socks. Warm. The only thing lacking is arch support, as is generally the case with Uggs.

I have never been a fan of Ugg boots!!! But when one of my co-workers told me about these boots, I was just amazed, shocked but pleasantly surprised that these are not your typical looking Ugg boots. I LOVE, LOVE, these!!! I wore these boots to an Expo I attended in Columbus, Ohio in March. I was worried about all the walking I was going to be doing @ the expo. But I was amazed @ the comfort & how warm my feet were, not only inside but also outside. They looked great not only with my jeans but also with my sweats. Definitely a must have!!!!! Looking for my next pair of Uggs...

I ordered a pair of these boots several months back, and I love them except that they are not waterproof. They are extremely comfortable though, and I would definitely buy another pair (but waterproof them first).

This is a very nice looking boot. I really wanted them to work but there's a bump under the toes that is meant for support but is irritatingly high. Too bad!

Overall I really like the Kona. I am a size 7 and ordered a size 7. Very true to your size. Very comfortable. Takes time to latch the hooks every time thought. I love the look with skinny jeans because it's stylish but not the usually look of "jeans tucked into your uggs."

I want fur!
I have had 3 other Ugg boots/slippers and have had fur on the bottom of my feet. They are so much warmer and more comfortable than the new type bottom. I wish they would sell you a fur insert. I think the quality of Ugg in general is less than many yrs ago. The Kona is a nice boot, fits true to size. I wear 7.5-8 and ordered an 8. I have narrow feet and this boot works better for people like myself. You want them slightly snug as they stretch out with wear. Good luck!

I love these boots!
My first pair of "REAL" Uggs... and I LOVE THEM! On me, the fit is perfect (size 8), they are completely comfortable on my problem feet- as comfy as slippers- and I adore the way they look! I like them so much; I just may buy them in another color! (I have the black suede.) :)

Ugg Kona boots -
I love Ugg boots and shoes. I have a few different styles of boots and shoes and I like these a lot. They are a little higher than the Cove but do not have the sheepskin soles. They have the sheepskin lining which is great but a rubber type sole. I always buy a size larger than my regular size when they have the sheepskin lining and they fit perfectly! Very nice!

Kona Ugg -
The shoe is very comfortable. It fits perfectly, and looks exactly like the picuture. If your calves are a little bigger, this is the boot for you, because the closures have enough room in them to allow for expansion. I love them and would recommend these to anyone.

Warm & Cozy but No Arch Support -
I so wanted to love these boots! They are beautiful and look better on the foot than in the picture - the front is tapered enough to look semi-elegant and the slight heel is a very nice height. They are warm and cozy as all UGGs are...but they have no arch support whatsoever. The insole is completely flat - cushiony, but utterly, absolutely flat. Inserting an after market arch support should be possible, but then you'd lose half the comfy feel that UGGs are famous for - so, reluctantly, these are going back. But if I didn't absolutely need support for my high arches, I'd be living in these 24/7.
