Best bag ever---hands down!
This is my second Tour and I absolutely love this bag. Just the right size to fit gear for a day on the trail, or a show at the park. It's extremely adjustable and fits even my tiny frame to comfort. I love the new more padded shoulder strap. Kudos to Mountainsmith for a continued favorite of mine!

Great Bag -
This is a very well made bag. I'll be using it for short hikes carrying my digital SLR and a additional zoom lens in it's own padded lens pouch (This bag has no protective padding). The suspension straps are great and weight distribution is awesome, they keep the bag stable when you’re running or climbing over obstacles.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy.
