Love these boots! Chicago winters are brutal and this past winter my toes were always the only part of my body that was not freezing. I'm an 8, but I read the reviews and ordered a size down and got a 7 and it fit perfectly. With socks or without socks there is no comparison for these boots. I wore them all winter long, never took them off, and I couldn't be happier with these boots. I would totally recommend them!

After trying several styles of Uggs I was about to buy the Classic Tall. A friend convinced me to try these and I am so glad I did! They are so much more comfortable and not quite as bulky as the Classics. The shearling lining seems thicker and whole boot seems a better quality than the others. I am usually a 7 or a 7 1/2 and a 7 in this style fits perfectly. Great boots and really worth the price and, of course, Zappos had all the colors available.

These boots are much more comfortable than the classic because they have more structure. They are also not as plain because they have the stripe that goes up the back. I think Uggs are really worth the extra you pay versus the knock offs for their warmth and durability. They will last for years.

After ordering and trying on too many boots and other Ugg styles that I could not get my foot into because of my high arch and instep, finally these Ultra Tall Uggs fit! They are large enough in the shaft to get my foot past the bottom of the shaft. Too, I found these Ultra Tall Uggs far more comfortable and cushiony than any of the other Uggs I tried. I love them! I only gave them 4 stars in style because I do wish Ugg would make them an inch or so taller and streamline the heel/sole so they wouldn't look so chunky. As for Zappos, as always they never let you down. Through over 10 boots in 5 or more shipments being shipped and returned, they never let me down. They have become my one stop shop for shoes and boots! They make it so easy!

These fit a little tighter than the classic UGGs, which I also have, but these seem to be constructed better and also have more cushioning in the soles. I also wish they did not have the braid on the back, but I still love the boots.

I love them! I highly suggest the Uggs with the thicker sole like these. I have another pair I got a few years ago that have the thinner sole and would have not even wanted another pair had I got the thicker sole at first. But now I have two colors, so it's okay. I love them so much I'm okay with having two pairs! They are well made and warm; you will wear them for years and years!

So comfortable! These boots are fantastic for cold weather. I wear them all the time with leggings and skinny jeans. They are definitely casual, but (I think) one of the more flattering styles Ugg has. I usually wear a 6.5 so I ordered size 6 and they fit perfectly.

I received my boots 3 days after I ordered and they were well packed. The boots fit like a dream and are not too big or small. I normally wear a size 7.5 in all shoes and I ordered a size 7 in the boots. My feet have enough room, but not too much where my feet are swimming around. Anyway, I don't think that the boots are too bulky like some others have said. I would assume that the bigger the size, the bulkier the shoe will appear. Overall, this boot was a perfect buy, especially because it was on sale!

I am in the process of returning these boots. Now, just to be clear. I wear a size 10. I look like I have cankles in these boots. Not flattering at all. I understand that they need to make a larger opening to accommodate for my gigantic foot, but it does not narrow at all at the ankle. I just don't understand why it would need to be just as wide at the ankle as at the calf. Other than that they are great. This is my first pair of Uggs and I can't wait to order the Bailey button ones instead. It's like wearing clouds on your feet.

I love my Uggs. They fit very well, true to size. All my sisters have them and I finally decided to get them myself, I love them, very comfy and good looking. I have bought a lot of stuff from Zappos and they provide fast shipping and good service.

Too big. Great boots but they are one full size larger. If you are a size 8 or most 8.5, then get the size 7. The insides will mash down and even get larger the more you wear them. Some boots in the same sizes have different levels of sheep fur; I suggest you order a couple pairs of same size/boot and pick the one that fits best. Zappos will send a courtesy boot if you are unhappy or unsure of first pair.

Can\'t wait for cold weather! I really like my Ultra Tall Boots. I had a pair of classic uggs w/a zipper - which broke after only a few seasons of moderate use. I wanted my replacement boots to: 1)have no zipper to break, 2) be tall to keep my legs warm, and 3) have a more substantial sole than the typical uggs. The Ultra Talls fit every one of my criteria. Also, they don\'t seem as clunky as the Ultimate or the Classic uggs.

So happy with my Ultra Talls! I have always wondered about what I would be getting if I got a pair of Uggs, and now I am so glad I tried them. They are amazingly comfortable, and are easy to walk in! Following the advice of previous reviews, I got a size down. I normally wear an 8, bought a size 7. Fits perfectly! I love that these have heavier treads, should do well in the weather. Love my new Uggs, Love Zappos!

I really like this boot. It's not as wide or floppy as the Ultimate or Classic. Works well with my narrow-ish feet and legs. I don't look too much like Frankenstein, even though I wear an 11! The sole is thicker and more substantial than on the Classic Ugg. They are nice and fuzzy inside; almost can't wait for winter!

Love it!
I ordered a whole size smaller than I usually wear and it fits me perfectly. I would also recommend this for slightly wide feet. Comfy shoes. My feet are cozy in these boots.

I have to admit that I'm addicted to Uggs! These boots are soooo comfortable and the quality is excellent. I've been collecting Uggs since 2001 so they're not a trend for me. I know they're not the cutest boots but they keep me warm and cozy throughout the harsh Michigan winters. If you don't own a pair try a pair on and you will be hooked for life, just like I am!

I usually wear a 6.5 and bought a 7. When they stretched out within a few weeks, they were too big, so I would advise you to go with a 6. They fit perfect now!!! Not the prettiest boot I have ever worn, but your feet will love you for the warmth they give your feet!!!

I bought these in a yummy chocolate in a size 6. I found them true to size, usually I buy my Uggs a size smaller, but these would have been too tight and hard to pull on. They look great and have a thicker sole than some other styles, but do get wet if you're not careful with puddles. My only complaint is I wish they were taller (I'm only 5'3'')!

Warm, comfortable, fantastic boots!
I wear an 8 – 8 1/2 and the size 8 fit me perfectly. I like the Ultras because there is a little arch support and the soles are better suited for the snow. My feet stay so warm, yet never sweaty. No socks necessary! Wonderful boots. I recommend getting the care kit.

These boots are wonderful! They're comfortable, warm and stylish. I especially like the detailing in the back and the fact that they have a heavier sole which makes them sturdier than traditional Uggs. These boots are true to size. I was told to order a size down in Uggs but ended up having to return them for my size because they were too small. They are narrower than traditional Uggs so I recommend ordering them in your regular size.

Great boots -
I bought these for my daughter -- slightly larger than her shoe size to allow for growth and the ability to wear them next fall/winter/spring. She loves them -- her older sister has a pair and loves hers as well. They are definitely expensive, but "make" every outfit she wears them with. They are also super-warm and comfortable.

Stay Warm Without Sacrificing Style!
These Ugg Ultra Tall boots are fabulous! The difference between these and regular tall uggs is that these have a stronger bottom, so they last a whole lot longer. The fur on the inside is soft and cozy. The fit of the boot is snug enough to wear without socks, but spacious enough to wear with them. However, if you are barely a 7, I would recommend getting the 6's. The suede on the outside is soft to the touch but durable through bumps and nicks. They look great worn over jeans, over sweats, over juicy track pants, of over tights under a dress. Amazingly versatile and comfortable. I do not regret purchasing these at all.

My two daughters own two pairs of UGGs each which I purchased at Zappos. Uggs never really appealed to me until I experienced frost bitten toes at the Presidential Inauguration. My daughter’s Uggs kept their feet nice and toasty, while mine were freezing. Upon my return home, I visited an UGGs NY store and tried a few pair for sizing and that same night I went on Zappos and ordered my Ugg Ultra Tall. It's the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. I had to order a size down. No more frost bitten toes for me!

Love these Uggs!
This style Uggs had a true gripping sole as opposed to the traditional soles which are ridged but still slick. I feel very secure walking daily in ice and snow here in MN. They are warm, comfy, cute and have great traction - everything you need in a winter boot.

I ordered these after my short original uggs died after 5 years of NY winters. I was excited about the heavier sole and taller leg shaft. These run MUCH smaller than I thought. I normally wear a size 6-6.5 in boots and sometimes smaller in heels, etc. I couldn’t even get my foot through the ankle part of the size 6, the 7 was very snug across the top of my foot at the ankle, so I ended up with a size 8. This style is narrower in the foot, but they are a bit heavier than the originals b/c of the thicker sole.
