I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. They arrived just when the weather was about 15 degrees and she wore them several time without socks and did not feel the cold. They are true to size and have good arch support.

I am really happy with these boots and the great customer service (received them the next day after I ordered them - which was great because one day later I was leaving the country for 3 months!). I am from Buffalo (a very cold place) and currently living in Moscow, Russia (an even colder place) but these boots are perfect for the weather. I wear a size 10 (depending on the shoe; sometimes 10 is too small). I got these in 10 and they are pretty roomy. Like others, I like these better than the classic UGG boots because of the stronger sole and better arch support. They are real winter boots, and don\'t feel like slippers or too flimsy to walk around all day. Definitely spray them with water-proof/dirt-proof spray and they will continue to look good.

These boots are so comfy and cozy! I normally wear a 9, and I ordered them in an 8, and they fit great. They have good arch support, unlike the Ugg Classic boots.

I love Uggs and particularly the Ultra Short. My first pair was in chestnut and I wore them for 4 winters. They could probably have lasted 4 more but I wanted to get a pair in Sand. I compared them to Bearpaw and there is no comparison as far as comfort. Uggs are much more sponge and cozy feeling.

Love these boots! Originally I purchased the size 9 after reading reviews (I am normally a size 10 to 11). They were just barely too short so a returned for a 10. These are very roomy when wearing barefoot, but okay with socks. I was afraid my feet would get hot, but they don't! Very happy with this purchase. I will buy more Ugg boots from Zappos.com.

These are excellent boots. They are just what I needed for snow and ice. The boots are about 1 to 1 1/2 sizes larger than normal. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 but had to settle for a 7.

These boots are very comfy and slip on easily. I did not find them at all tight or short sized. They do not really seem to offer any arch support, as the suede is very soft. The one thing I found while wearing them around the house was that my feet and legs became covered in black dye from the lining and black innersole. I am glad that I did not wear for a long time, or outside, as there was quite a bit of dye bleeding from the new black dye they are reportedly using. I am going to exchange them for the lighter undyed color, although I would have preferred the black ones. Thank goodness for Zappos quick exchange policy. They are the greatest! Do be aware of this problem if you are ordering these in black. I bought a pair of higher Ugg boots a week or so ago, and have worn them several times without this problem, because their lining is the lighter color.

I have been wearing Uggs since they first came out and I love being able to wear them with no socks because they feel warm and cozy like I'm wearing slippers. They are warm enough to wear in sub zero temperatures without socks and your feet will not get cold. If you are going to be wearing them in snowy, icy weather, make sure you get them with the soles that are made for this kind of weather as these are. I have worn these in the snow and they are pretty good at holding their grip. I do have another pair that does not have a non-slip sole and they are very slippery in snowy conditions. The recommendations in the reviews said they run large so to order a smaller size but, I wear a size 7 1/2 and the 7 had my big toe pushing against the front of the boot. The boot will give some as your foot settles into the boot over time, but I returned the 7 and got the 8 (boot only comes in whole sizes) which fits perfectly. If you need good arch support this is not the boot for you because of its slipper like fit. And as always, you can't beat Zappos service! Always delivered next day without any charge and their return process is a breeze.

My experience with Zappos was great. I had a pair of Uggs for almost a year (unworn) and they allowed me to return them for a full refund, no questions asked. I then purchased another pair of Uggs, Ultra Short in chocolate and love them. The fact that shipping is free, even when returning merchandise is a big plus. Also, items are shipped very quickly. Every time I called, their customer service was outstanding, whatever time of the day or night. I had an option to purchase my Uggs at a local dept store for slightly less, but chose Zappos instead because of their great service.

I hesitated to buy these boots for a long time considering the price, but I have to say I really like them. The help from other reviewers on sizing was dead on; I normally wear an 8 and I wear a 7 in the Uggs - they fit perfectly. They are extremely warm and they do fit snugly. Wear them around your house for a day or two to get used to them. They are constructed very well and look great with jeans.

I am glad I read the other reviews about size - I ordered down a 1/2 size (regularly a 10 1/2, got a 10) and they fit perfectly on bare feet - I love not having to mess with socks that creep around inside of boots anyway! I even went hiking in them yesterday and was surprised at how good my feet felt - no slipping or sweating, just cozy feet. These boots are ultra comfortable - warm when I’m outside, comfy inside - I tend to have hot feet and even inside my feet don’t get overheated in these. My one complaint is with Zappos photography - the black boots are a true black, not charcoal gray as they are shown (I was hoping for gray, but kept the black because they’re a little dressier and I can wear with everything). So that’s why 4 stars overall.

I wanted an Ugg that were made in New Zealand, and these were the only ones still made there (unfortunately, everything AND the kitchen sink is made in China). I got these in addition to the Ultimate UGG to see which fit better, and by far the Ultimate are so much nicer in every way, and cost the same as these. First off, these boots arrived looking like they've been to quite a few homes. The wool on the inside was falling out in clumps - YUK! The footbed is dark wool, clumpy and itchy. I loved the ivory footbed that the Ultimate boots come with, these obviously don't. I'm normally an 8 or 8.5, and the 8's in Ultimate style were big, so I decided to try the 7s in these. They were so tight and uncomfortable, along with looking like "moonshoes". The wool was also quite itchy as compared to the Ultimate style. These are definately going back. I'm also dissapointed that Zappos would send something that looks worn - at least check the stuff you're sending out (especially the more expensive shoes), you'd see all the wool clumps in there!

I've thought about getting a pair of Uggs for a while now and decided this was the Fall to do so. First, have to say, wow, Zappos is amazing, the customer service is the best in the world. So easy to shop and delivery is so fast! When my boots arrived so quickly after ordering, even my husband said, "they really know what women want" and I couldn't agree more. Zappos is the only place I shop for shoes now. Back to the Uggs, they are so comfortable and fun to wear. I worried that my feet might get hot with the fleece liner, but found the experience to be completely different, my feet stayed at the perfect temperature, like being wrapped in fluffy clouds. Love my Uggs, the Ultra Short works great with pants tucked in or out. The only thing to be aware of is if you order a dark color boot (I have the black), the dye color does mark your feet the first few times until it wears off. Beyond that, love my Uggs and even more, love Zappos. Thank you for really understanding how women want to shop, you're the best!

Never was an Uggs fan, but wanted something cozy and easy to slip on/off, that also looks nice with my ski pants. Just call me Princess Happy Feet! Zappos service, as always, is unbelievable; got them in less than a day!

Love my Ugg's!
I love the Ultra Ugg's. They have a sturdier foundation and sole and, I think, more support than the basic Ugg's. I usually wear a size 9 and my foot is on the wide side but I wear an 8 in Ugg's. At first they felt snug but the shearling inside quickly packed down and they became the correct size. This is my second pair of Ultra Ugg's so I knew from experience that this would happen; otherwise I probably would have thought that I needed a bigger size. I have both the tall and the short Ultra Ugg's and I love both styles!

I'm normally a size 6.5. I ordered a 6, but probably could have gotten a 5 because they do get a little loose after a few days… but still comfortable. I have poor circulation so my feet are always cold. These are the only boots that keep them warm, even with the cold New England weather!

The ultimate in chic comfort -
Based on the reviews, I ordered these a full size smaller than I wear. (I usually take a 9 and I got these in an 8.) They fit perfectly-- not even a little snug-- and are very comfortable. I find the Ultra Short height to be extremely cute and flattering, and the Chocolate color is so pretty.

My Uggs are quite comfortable although a bit hard to pull on (could be my age). I bought my regular size rather than downsizing as I have a wide foot and it was a good decision. Also sprayed the boot to help avoid water stains and so far so good.

Ugg’s last of quality products!
I order these UGGS knowing my feet would be cold this winter and having had UGG in the past lasting me years. It was time to buy a new pair. I am so glad I did! I wear them around the house! Soft, fleece lined, durable, and excellent value and you won't be sorry! Having arthritis, these really help keep my feet warm. Now I would wish they made a body cover like this!

Uggs Ultra Short for my 49th b'day -
I decided to order Ugg boots after buying Ugg slippers for my hubby for Xmas (and in the midst of the most brutal of Chicago winters), but which ones to purchase? I don't like the light colored ones; I didn't want Uggs that took forever to lace up, or that looked like bedroom slippers, or were too tall. So I checked out the Uggs that people were wearing around town, and stayed up late reading reviews (the reviews of different boot styles on this site were incredibly helpful). The Uggs Ultra Short appeared to fit the bill for me - more support than the basic Uggs, tough sole for walking the streets of Chitown, removable arch support for my orthotics (turned out the be unnecessary), made in New Zealand. My mom sent me cash for my birthday and I took a chance with Zappos - I ordered them on Saturday and they arrived on Monday, my birthday! They are terrific. Warm and toasty with plenty of support. Great looking, too – I love the color: chocolate. I took the advice of the site and ordered an 8 when I typically wear 8.5. This allows me to wear the boots with tights or socks. (I don't often wear them barefoot.) They will last me through the long transition to spring here, and look great with skirts, which I love wearing. Everyone is right about Zappos - order from them today.

Got My Size -
The boots I received as a Christmas gift were one size too small. Since I wear a women's size 12, I am grateful for online shopping like Zappos which makes "size shopping" easy. With the generous return policy and the courteous customer service, I was fortunate to get my size in a return. Several calls to customer service resulted in, perhaps, a size 12 return which I exchanged immediately for my 11 and now I am so happy to have my sturdy new Uggs just in time for our ski trip. Fantastic boots!
This is my second pair of Ugg boots. Everyone is correct when they say to order a full size down. I'm usually between a 8-8.5 and the 7 fits great. They're so comfy and warm, but the black does wear off on your feet a little. I highly recommend spraying them with the Ugg protectant before wearing to keep them looking nice.

I am not at all happy with this boot. Although it is warm, the fit is terrible. I am a size 6 and ordered my size. Within 2 days, the boot had stretched out so much that I am unable to wear them. I had already worn them outdoors and discarded the receipt and am therefore stuck with the purchase.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: UGG Brooks fits true to size and does not stretch out.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
