Great looks, but narrow -
The shoes looked great, but I had to send them back because they were so narrow. My foot overlapped the inside of the sole. This is my second pair of Adidas shoes that did not fit properly. I have to admit though, I have wider feet than most people.

Classic look, great feel -
The fit around the ankle and Achilles is excellent. The extra padded tongue also feels nice. It definitely feels a half size smaller than the indicated size, (8->7.5) but the toe and metatarsal area is actually wider than most other Adidas, which works for me. The old-school logos and nameplates are a cool touch. The black/silver version comes with extra black laces but they would look good with almost any color you get. Looks great +feels great= great shoe.

Good all-around shoe -
The left shoe seems a little shorter than the right. They are about a half inch shorter than marked. The padding around the ankle is amazing, but I did expect the sole to have more cushioning. The Adidas logo on the back of the left shoe is very crooked, an error in the stitching. They did come with black laces also.

EXCELLENT all-around shoe!
These shoes are wonderful! As a personal trainer, I'm on my feet sooo many hours a day, often changing right into my workout clothes for some cardio or weight lifting. These are beyond comfortable, almost like my feet have been immersed in marshmallows. With big feet (size 12), it's also nice that the toe is rounded, making them appear smaller and less like catamarans on the gym floor! I've slid all of my other training sneakers aside and I'm wearing these nearly every day. If you can find 'em in your size, but them here!

As others posted, these shoes perhaps feel a half size smaller than marked, but they are very close. Slightly narrow as a lot of Adidas are, good for us with narrower feet. Love the next day shipping. BONUS, the shoes came with olive colored laces too, looks much more casual and coordinated than the white laces pictured.

 |  | My secretary called me about 45 minutes ago (10AM EST, Tuesday, July 8, 2008) to say my package arrived! This is incredible. I placed the order in the wee hours of Monday, July 7, 2008, after the 4th of July weekend, and I got the package 31 hours later. Free S&H!!!
