 |  | I ordered a pair of shoes from zappos.com on Wednesday at 5:37 pm, I selected no special shipping or rush delivery. I was absolutely amazed to see the UPS man arrive at 11:00 am on Thursday with a Zappos box in hand. I was so thrilled I called customer service immediately to thank them. This kind of customer service is legendary. It is this kind of service that will make me a lifelong Zappos customer.
