	Once again I've been on a shoe quest and am so grateful for your free shipping policy. I've had numerous surgeries in the last 5 years, buying shoes has always been a nightmare made worse by this. Since I found Zappos.com I'm always able to find what I need, whether for work, dress casual, sandals, comfort, you name it. I could not do this if it weren't for you. Before you came along I bought possibly one pair of shoes per year, and never online or through a catalog because of the shipping charges. I'll have returned 4 pair by the time I'm done with this current search, but I'll have purchased 4 pair also. I think that makes 9 pair this year? Holy cow.
