Love this boot –
I love this boot. It is so comfy. My feet don’t get cold or hot and they are just so so cute! Can’t remember what size I have… they were a gift and were a little tight at first, but they feel perfect now!

Great boots -
I have been wearing my Uggs Brooks for 2 winters now and they still look new. The Brooks advantage over the Original Uggs is the leather, these still look new after 2 winters whereas from what I hear, and see, the originals show wear easily. All what I do is wipe them with a damp rag every now and then, and follow that by a regular brown shoe polish and voila! They are like new again. My only complaint is that the brown sheepskin inside the boots bleeds or rubs off on bare feet, so to solve the problem, I wear nylon socks or thin cotton socks with them. If these boots came with sand/white color sheepskin like the Originals it would be perfect and I would have given it 5 stars. I do still recommend them because they keep my feet warm and my stride sure with a firm grip (very essential when you live in Buffalo, NY) can go from very casual to a little dressy and don't show wear or snow/salt stains like the Originals. My mom never liked Uggs and then one day she tried mine and now she loves them so much she got herself a pair!

Good boots, Love Zappos!
Ok, Zappos has done it AGAIN. This place is the only place I will buy shoes online from now on. I originally ordered Uggs Brooks from another website because Zappos was out of my size. I had to deal with slow processing, slow shipping, and very rude customer service from the other website. While I was waiting for the shoes to arrive by ground shipping, I checked Zappos and they had these in stock in my size again! I decided to order these immediately because I really didn’t want to give the other website my business. Well, I called customer service and once again received fast and very friendly service. I was even upgraded to next day shipping. I was very happy. Since I ordered the shoes around 7 pm Monday, they were supposed to arrive Wed. Then later that night, I got an email saying that I had been upgraded to immediate processing, so my shoes would arrive even sooner! I mean, how much better can you get than one-day shipping? Well, Zappos managed to top it. I actually received my boots in less than 24 hours! I ordered them Monday at 7 pm, they arrived Tuesday before 11 am. I can’t rave enough about Zappos. Stay away from other online shoe stores and stick with Zappos! Ok, so on to the boots... for anyone wondering about size - order the next size up! I wear 6.5 to 7. I tend to lean more towards 6.5. I have a pair of Uggs Ultimate short and have them in a size 6 and they are quite roomy. The Brooks fit much, much more snugly. There’s no way I would’ve fit into a size 6. The 7s fit and are even a bit tight! I think they’ll loosen up as they break in. There’s not much room in the toe box, but I also have wider feet. I’m not sure I can wear socks with these yet as they are that snug. However, they still slip on and off very easily. Nice, heavy sole that’s even better than the soles of my Ultimates - have yet to test them on ice and snow, but I think they’ll do well. They’re heavier than the classic Uggs, but still very light for a winter boot. Entire boot is lined with the sheep fleece so it’s nice and cozy. Also, this shoe has the removable lining (my Ultimates didn’t), so I’m very excited that I’ll be able to wash them! The lining comes out and goes back in very easily. I got these boots in black and the fleece is also black so apparently there may be some color transfer. Since I just got these, I haven’t experienced that yet. I think these are one of Uggs better made boots (my Ultimates ripped just from regular use) I recommend these boots. I HIGHLY recommend Zappos! They're amazing!

Best, Warmest boots EVER!
My first pair of these boots were the Brooks Tall I bought 3 years ago. I loved them so much I bought the Brooks short in both colors. I wear these boots almost everyday in winter and I'm outside a lot. I use the Brooks tall when I walk my dogs in all weather conditions in winter and my feet have never been cold or uncomfortable! I do waterproof them and also wipe them down when they get really dirty. They are very durable boots. Highly recommend them!

Perfect cozy boot -
I got these boots just before Christmas and have virtually worn nothing else since. I bought them in brown and the insoles were white, so there was no dye leaking as some people have said. I wear size 11 and have a wide foot. They fit perfectly as long as I wear thin socks with them! Many people speak about wearing them with bare feet--that's nice too, but I like socks with them best. I really recommend--though be sure to treat first if you're in a snowy or slushy part of the world.

These are the greatest boots in the world. Bought the taller version in obsidian. I read the other reviews about them being too big and others stating they were too small. I wear a size 7 1/2 and sometimes a 8 but I went with a size 7 with these I bought the Ugg slipper 'Coquette' in a size 8 and they run big so I took a risk and bought this boot a 1/2 size smaller and I definitely made the right decision. The were a little snug wearing them the first time but (uh oh) but then I wore them the entire week.(Yea)I do not want to take them off they are so comfy!!

Love My Uggs Brooks -
I bought my Uggs 3 years ago, I’m an outside recess monitor in Northern New York, so I needed something warm. I wear these in the snow and salt almost everyday. My feet stay warm and dry. I do polish and waterproof my Uggs every so often, my coworkers all bought Uggs Brooks when they looked at mine. I really think these will last me a life time, they are made so well.

Toasty comfort!
I've put this boot on every day since I purchased it 3 weeks ago. It's just the right for my casual lifestyle and particularly the mix of rain snow we've been having. It's possible that the boots are a little roomy, but I think that's the fit of the boot, they aren't too big. It's possible that you might want to go down a 1/2 size. For example, if you're a 7.5, you might want to order a 7 as they only come in whole sizes.

Fantastic boots (and superlative service)
I bought these boots for my wife, but - based on some bad advice from a different website - I adjusted wrong for size and got the wrong size. However, my return of those boots was seamless. The amazing thing is that we placed our order for the correct-sized boots about 9pm, and they were delivered to my office by lunchtime THE NEXT DAY (we must've got in at the last possible second to make the overnight shipment, but the sequence of events bordered on miraculous). As for the boots themselves, she loves them ("The most comfortable thing I've ever put on my feet... they are so warm & comfy!")

This is my first pair of Uggs and I found them to be every bit as comfortable at their first wearing as they were reputed to be. This particular style is a bit more structured than some of the others and are great for walking around to shoveling snow in icy conditions. A++

I love these boots!

Wrapped in comfort - I had some extra Christmas money and had seen a few friends wearing the Uggs. They came super fast and fit perfect right out of the box. Love the brown.

Great All Weather Boot -
I had these boots in black size 5 from 2 years ago and lost them in a move this summer. I was very upset when I couldn't find them once the snow hit. I immediately ordered them in brown (just in case my black ones show up someday) and am now happily tromping the snowy, icy streets of Chicago in comfort again. The finished leather bottom portion cleans up easily. I ordered both the 5.5 and 6 because with my black ones I couldn't squeeze on thick socks (not that you really need them). I choose the 6 and the extra room is great and doesn't feel too clunky. Easy on and off too. Love this boot.

Beautiful and Comfortable.
I have these in the regular style, had to get these for weather-proof. No regrets. These boots are awesome. I wear a 6.5, ordered a size 6 and it was perfect. Definitely a good all weather boot.

I keep trying to love Uggs but am failing to find a style that fits my feet as well as other people say they fit their feet. Part of the problem is that the styles of Uggs I want (soft, cozy slipper like) only come in whole sizes. I have half size feet. Therefore, they are either too big or too small. Don't be fooled - a half a size makes a difference when it comes to comfort. Uggs, please make all your styles in half sizes! I am willing to spend the money for comfortable warm toes. I am not willing to spend the money for yet another pair of uncomfortable almost-fit-but-not-quite boots! Thank you Zappos for letting me try yet another pair in my quest for great winter boots.

Alas, it's warm today. I have worn my boots everyday since I got them out of the box...only one day after I placed the order. My feet are sad on this warm day not to sink into the furry fleecy lining with no socks on! They are amazing...I dread the summer, could I possibly find sandals this comfy?

These are great boots! Very comfortable without socks (as suggested) I ordered the obsidian which came as a deep rich chocolate. I usually wear an 8 1/2, so I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I read almost all of the reviews trying to determine if I should order up or down & was very confused by the inconsistency in everyone's answers. In the end I decided to follow Zappos’ instructions (they should know) the great thing about Zappos is the free shipping both ways, so you can't go wrong. I ordered these on Sat. night and they arrived Monday morning!

Just in the nick of time -
I got this boot shortly before Christmas. We had a large snowstorm on Christmas day. I own a Pet Sitting business and this is our busiest time! I wore my Brooks for two weeks solid and never was cold or wet. They performed wonderfully. Worth every cent.

I love the Brooks!
I have worn Ugg boots for over ten years, usually getting the Ultra Uggs for their hardier sole. Decided to try a different style and I am so glad I did! They are perfect for work, look classy, love the hardy sole, perfect for mud or rough terrain. I am sure I will get another.
