Not the same as they used to be, Ugh. I've been wearing Ugg slippers for 12 years. That's right, bought my first pair on a trip to Australia. Been wearing the Tasman exclusively; buy a new pair every few years. This year they changed! There's a new sole (that's how to tell the new from old) and the new Tasmans are smaller/narrower and the quality control seems to have gone downhill. I ordered a few pairs from Zappos hoping to find a pair of the old ones. Zappos shipped me 2 pairs of Tasmans. 1 was the new version, 1 the old. The old ones are perfect! Just like I expected. The new ones with the new sole pattern goes back. For me, it was never about the brand name, always the performance. Old ones are 5 stars. New ones, skip them.

Zappos is the best! I bought these Tasman clogs for my nephew in size 9. When they were delivered (overnight, I might add), they were too small. Zappos sent me a return label, I dropped them off at UPS, and within a short turnaround, the size 10 exchange was delivered to my door. My nephew (age 18) loves these clogs. I have dealt with other websites selling Uggs. The prices were a tad lower, but they were a nightmare to deal with for exchanges and returns. I say 'Go Zappos all the way'! Kudos to the salespeople / customer service at Zappos.

Great product and excellent service from Zappos. Wear as inside slippers. Very comfortable. Snug fit at first until pile wears down a bit (2 weeks or so), but still recommend purchasing one size larger. Sole sturdy enough for occasional outside wear. Look great and am very happy with purchase.

These slippers were slightly tight at first, but they quickly loosened up to what I think is an accurate size. They are very comfortable. I'm usually not a fan of clogs with 'fur' linings, since they usually seem to come out piece by piece, but these are holding their form very nicely. They are well made, and the soles allow you to go out for the paper without changing your shoes. I'd rate these as an excellent buy.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He even wears them outdoors. They are very well made and show no sign of wear. I do wish they came in half sizes, as they run large.

These shoes are a little tighter than I anticipated, but they fit perfectly. Maybe I should have gotten one more 1/2 size up. However, one must keep in mind that every pair of Uggs are differently due to manufacturing methods, so it's best to buy them in the store, where you can try on multiple pairs of the same size if needed to find the pair that fits you best. Having had a pair of these before, I also know that the wool inside will not feel so snug after a month or two of wear. So, I'm happy with them.

Apparently these UGG Tasman shoes are awesome, because my husband wants to sleep in them. He said the fit, was true to size, maximum comfort and snugability! 5 stars!!! Lucky him.

I love my Tasman Uggs -
I have worn my Ugg slippers each and every day since receiving them; they are all I wear around the house. They are warm, soft and incredibly comfortable. I have a lot of stone and hard wood around my house so my Uggs keep my feet nice and cozy. When these wear out I will immediately buy another pair!! I am a women's size 6 and ordered a kids size 5 -- it fits perfectly! I highly recommend these slippers to everyone!

Very comfortable casual shoe. I usually wear an 8 1/2, and ordered and 8. The 8 fits fine. The shoes are really comfy without socks. My only complaint is that the stitching came loose and unraveled on both shoes after just a few wears.

My son loves them!!
The shoe was a great Christmas gift from mom to son. When his Great Dane and German Shepherd need to go out, he can slip into these and watch them from his porch in frigid MN. We love our Uggs.

Now that I've the right size, I absolutely love these clogs. I bought them to leave at work and wear there in the winter instead of the boots I wear in transit -- and I now constantly wish that I had a second pair to wear at home. Note: I ordered a pair first in the size of my other Ugg boots, but had to return them and get the next size up in order to get a good fit.

This shoe is only a slipper if left inside...do not limit its exposure to the great outdoors. It offers comfort, style (only if you like the look) & warmth. Cannot wait to see how it works in warmer weather. Support & long distance may not be its strong suit but that was not the plan.

The Perfect Slipper -
There isn't much you can say about a slipper, right? Well if you are happily wandering around the house in an old pair of socks, barefooted or in some ill fitting, uncomfortable resemblance of a slipper you won't ever know what you are missing until you put on these Uggs! You'll never do without them again. Uggs seems to have blended in a toasty, comfortable slipper that is easy to slide in and out of with a light weight yet sturdy sole that allows you to not only walk down the driveway for your paper every day but to also run to the grocery store or whatever and not think about it. There is a reason you see so many people, men and women, wearing Uggs everywhere...

OUTSTANDING SERVICE & MERCHANDISE -
I actually bought 5 pairs of Ugg slippers for Christmas gifts. ALL different styles. Each of the men were elated. Having lived in Australia in the early 80's we are quite familiar with Ugg-long before they had a logo on all of their merchandise. I have a pair of Ugg boots that I've owned for 30 plus years and I still wear them; in snow, sleet, rain - you name it. Cannot comment for the recipients, but there is NOTHING like UGG. Zappos - you are the greatest. I've ordered from you many times and returned one item because of size and you have been the best in customer service. Be assured, I have and I will continue to refer you to family and friends.

great slipper UGGS tend to run a bit bug but these don't at all...maybe even a touch smaller than size! A must have in any climate!

I ordered two pairs of the UGG tasman's at Christmas for my husband and our son. At first I ordered the 10's and they felt they were too small so I exchanged them for 11's which they promptly told me were too big. Needless to say, I put in for an exchange for the 10's again. The whole process was painless!!!!! As soon as they come in the door their shoes are off and these are on. They both LOVE THEM!!!!

Uggs have gotten so popular you almost don't want to like them...but fortunately Uggs have earned their praise. I gave these as a Christmas gift and just about every time my friend wears them he calls me to say how great they are. Perfect as slippers, but the sole allows you to go outside (to get mail, drive a kid to a friends, etc.) These are great-- well worth the money!

Super comfy. I bought them for my daughter but I have stolen them from her a couple of times. Keeps feet toasty when it’s cold but still very comfortable as the day warms up. If you get them in a light color be sure to get the UGGs protection and spray them. If you wear a half size, go down to the next full size. They run a smidge big and will conform to your feet.
