Great basic flat!
I read the reviews (like I always do) before making my purchase. I saw that there were reviewers who were unhappy with quality, but since Zappos provides such great customer service, I decided to give them a try anyway. I've been wearing them non-stop since my purchase (black leather and brown suede) and haven't had a single problem with them. I've looked at all the stitching and seams, and the shoes look really well-made. I wonder if the people who had problems got a pair from a bad batch. They do seem to run a bit long and wide, but I haven't had a problem with slipping, and my foot isn't wide at all. If you're comfortable with Zappos, I'd take a chance on them. They're a great basic!

Cute, but poor quality -
Unfortunately, this shoe is poorly constructed and not good quality for the price. I was VERY disappointed that after two weeks of wearing these, the seam on the right toe ripped and the leather on the toe was already looking worn. A cute shoe, but I see now that other reviewers have had this same complaint. The leather was stiff at first, but seemed to soften up. Zappos has A+++ customer service though and they've really taken care of me and gave me free expedited shipping on the replacement.

Cute, but...
Love this shoe. But I have a hole in the toe of one shoe. Did not last long and I am disappointed in that. Other reviewer had the same problem, but I am unable to exchange mine. Oh well!!!!

Love this shoe - wish it were more durable!
Very comfortable and nice styling but toe area already started wearing out within 1st month of wearing just one or two times per week. Granted, city walking is tough on shoes & I tend to pronate but wish it had some reinforcement or protection in the toe area. Nonetheless, would recommend for comfort and looks as a great basic - I'd probably buy another pair when this one burns out!

Really like these.
Bought these in black leather and brown suede. Slightly wide in the heel but I frequently have that problem with shoes. Great everyday shoe with almost anything!

This is a jewel of a shoe.
Great shoe. Soft and unconstructed. Added a Dr. Scholl's pad in the toe to tailor the fit and feel to my foot. This is just the shoe that I was looking for to wear with tapered slacks and jeans.

Cute ballet flat -
This is a fun ballet flat, but with a twist. The bottom is kind of like driving mocs. I only gave the overall 3 stars because I had to exchange my first pair. The seam by the toe started coming apart, but Zappos was kind enough to replace them! I'm happy with them. I probably got a bum shoe on the first round.

Nice driving shoe - I like these shoes a lot. So much so, in fact, that I recently wore them out shopping. That turned out to be a mistake. These little wisps of shoes are totally comfortable, but in the same way that bare feet are comfortable – little support, not much sole, soft leather, etc. In other words, wear them to the office! Wear them to the grocery store! Wear them to the movies! But for Pete's sake, don't wear them to the mall or a museum or the zoo because your feet will KILL by the end of the day. Overall, great shoe for sprints, not marathons.

Great Comfortable Shoe!
Zappos is awesome! I received my order a little over 24 hours after I received it even though I paid for standard shipping! I love this flat! I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 so I thought if I ordered a 9.5 the shoe would fit. It did not. So I returned it for a 9, which fits great. The one negative is the sole is not super durable. This is not a good shoe for rainy weather, etc. Overall super cute!

Love the look but for I wish it came in a wider width. My feet are usually a B width but these are too narrow. I'm still deciding whether to keep them or return them. I want them to work but not sure if it's meant for my foot. Haven't worn them yet.

I LOVE these flats! So cute, so comfy, all around great shoe! But they just don't fit my narrow feet. I tried both the 8.5 and the 9, and they just don't work out, too wide. It's a shame because they are seriously super cute!

Love these flats -
I love these. I am careful not to wear them in the rain as they are low to the ground. They feel like my real ballet slippers for dance class, but have rubber on the bottoms for traction and wear. Very stylish in black and I had not problems so far with the stitching and I’ve worn them about 30x. Love them for work with long slacks, linen pants. Didn’t stretch too much for me but molded nicely to my foot.

Comes apart at seams -
I've had this shoe for three weeks, worn it maybe 10 times, and the seams are splitting. The price is a lot to pay for a shoe that falls apart after a few weeks. High priced and poorly made.

Great flat - worth the price!!
I am so happy that I purchased these shoes. They are cute, comfortable, and I haven't experienced any of the issues with seams that others commented on. I am usually a 7.5 or 8...and I followed the advice to order slightly smaller so I went with the 7.5 and it's perfect.

I have two pairs (tan and black) of these. I really like their style and they're quite comfortable after a few wears. Bring the tan color back and some more colors please!

VERY Disappointed -
I received the shoes and noticed the right shoe seam (where the bottom shoe attached to the top of the shoe) seemed a little low - as if they sewed it unevenly - I ignored it thinking… well, it isn’t ripped so that should be fine. Almost immediately the shoe started to split at the seam and now I have a pair of shoes I can’t wear!

Great Looking!
I have to agree with other reviews of this shoe. Best of all, it is great looking. That being said… for the price of this shoe, the workmanship is rather “iffy”. There is zero support if that is of concern to you. And finally, it does run large. I had to go down a half whether it is leather or the soft suede. If they ever reissue the Tobacco color, I know I'll buy again. To me the feel is one step above flip-flops!

Cute...but not for the rough & tumble!
Love the look, feel and style of this adorable flat. It's a good basic that goes great with many causal jean looks. This is my second pair in Black. The first pair did not last very long and suffered from much wear and tear over the course of only 5 months.

A bit overpriced for quality -
For the Quality, I'd expect a lower price for this shoe, the stitching is flimsy. Otherwise it is very nice and really pretty. I got it in Gold and its different, a little TOO dark gold than I was expecting. There is not much support in it, either. I sort of loved and disliked them simultaneously, so back they went.
