Truly a great spike; good feel and awesome for any distance. I ran pr's in the 800, 1500, 3000, 5000 in these spikes. I would recommend these for anybody.

The best running spike I have ever worn. The grip is amazing, whilst it is still one of the lightest and best looking spikes on the market.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: no spikes as good as this

One of the best shoes I have ever ran in. I ran in these for cross country and for distance races in track. A great running shore.
