Great heel concept, uncomfortable shoe -
The first thing I want to mention is that the heel is a great idea, and it looked fairly sturdy at both high and low settings. It was easy to move back and forth between settings. The problem is with the rest of the shoe. This shoe is extremely pointy in person. It comes out about 2" past my toes in a very tapered point. This style did not suit me. I could imagine that another style from this company would be more flattering. Unfortunately there is also no padding or support in the footbed, so I will not be trying out any other shoes from this brand. Too bad.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
