Great Comfortable Shoe!
Zappos is awesome! I received my order a little over 24 hours after I received it even though I paid for standard shipping! I love this flat! I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 so I thought if I ordered a 9.5 the shoe would fit. It did not. So I returned it for a 9, which fits great. The one negative is the sole is not super durable. This is not a good shoe for rainy weather, etc. Overall super cute!

Beautifully made -
Love the look but for I wish it came in a wider width. My feet are usually a B width but these are too narrow. I'm still deciding whether to keep them or return them. I want them to work but not sure if it's meant for my foot. Haven't worn them yet.

I LOVE these flats! So cute, so comfy, all around great shoe! But they just don't fit my narrow feet. I tried both the 8.5 and the 9, and they just don't work out, too wide. It's a shame because they are seriously super cute!

Love these flats -
I love these. I am careful not to wear them in the rain as they are low to the ground. They feel like my real ballet slippers for dance class, but have rubber on the bottoms for traction and wear. Very stylish in black and I had not problems so far with the stitching and I’ve worn them about 30x. Love them for work with long slacks, linen pants. Didn’t stretch too much for me but molded nicely to my foot.

Comes apart at seams -
I've had this shoe for three weeks, worn it maybe 10 times, and the seams are splitting. The price is a lot to pay for a shoe that falls apart after a few weeks. High priced and poorly made.

Great flat - worth the price!!
I am so happy that I purchased these shoes. They are cute, comfortable, and I haven't experienced any of the issues with seams that others commented on. I am usually a 7.5 or 8...and I followed the advice to order slightly smaller so I went with the 7.5 and it's perfect.

I have two pairs (tan and black) of these. I really like their style and they're quite comfortable after a few wears. Bring the tan color back and some more colors please!

VERY Disappointed -
I received the shoes and noticed the right shoe seam (where the bottom shoe attached to the top of the shoe) seemed a little low - as if they sewed it unevenly - I ignored it thinking… well, it isn’t ripped so that should be fine. Almost immediately the shoe started to split at the seam and now I have a pair of shoes I can’t wear!

Great Looking!
I have to agree with other reviews of this shoe. Best of all, it is great looking. That being said… for the price of this shoe, the workmanship is rather “iffy”. There is zero support if that is of concern to you. And finally, it does run large. I had to go down a half whether it is leather or the soft suede. If they ever reissue the Tobacco color, I know I'll buy again. To me the feel is one step above flip-flops!

These shoes are really cute and comfortable, but as stated in other reviews, they stretch out. Buy at least a 1/2 size smaller than normal.

Cute...but not for the rough & tumble!
Love the look, feel and style of this adorable flat. It's a good basic that goes great with many causal jean looks. This is my second pair in Black. The first pair did not last very long and suffered from much wear and tear over the course of only 5 months.

A bit overpriced for quality -
For the Quality, I'd expect a lower price for this shoe, the stitching is flimsy. Otherwise it is very nice and really pretty. I got it in Gold and its different, a little TOO dark gold than I was expecting. There is not much support in it, either. I sort of loved and disliked them simultaneously, so back they went.

Slipper or Shoe?
This shoe is extremely comfortable! It was as if I was wearing my slippers instead of my shoes! These shoes do run large, and thanks to the advice of other buyers, I ordered a half size smaller than usual (although I could have gone a full size smaller). They are wonderful in the Fatigue color, a great neutral for spring and summer!

Wow, Zappos' delivery is amazing -- I ordered yesterday and the shoes arrived today. I ordered two pairs in my usual size 7.5 - in fatigue suede and tobacco suede; the colors are lovely btw.
Unfortunately, the shoe runs a half size larger than marked. The shoe is wide and the sides gape open when I walk around, and the tobacco suede pair has some kind of wrinkling around the front, inner side of the left shoe -- the suede there seems harder from the rest of the shoe. I really like the "cushion" provided by the rubber sole -- it feels great when you walk around.
Unfortunately, I don't think I will keep this shoe; the front is too shallow for the front of my feet -- it hurts where the front of my feet meets the curve of the shoe (probably because I have thick/high arches). It also makes my feet look broader. Still, it is a comfortable well cushioned shoe for a ballet flat, and I think would be great for most people.

Another Satisfied Customer -
Several months ago I purchased Michael Kors' Gillian Flat in black leather and had been most pleased with the quality of the product and its comfort, so I recently purchased the same shoe in the suede. I love the style and the fit, and although the suede does seem to run a little larger, I would not recommend that anyone order a half size smaller. If you are considering this shoe, keep in mind that it is a "light" shoe and may not be your best choice for heavy walking situations that might involve some rough terrain. This was my first order with Zappos, and their staff was courteous and helpful, and I received my order very quickly and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

Loved the suede, not so much the leather -
I own the brown suede and black leather versions of this shoe. I love the brown suede - they are fairly wide, but are also very comfortable. The black leather isn’t as impressive - they're not as comfy and didn't keep their shape very well - they look sort of bumpy around the toe. I would definitely recommend the suede over the leather (and wouldn't wear either in the rain, since they have close to no sole).

I bought these in green some time ago and loved wearing them. As soon as I saw them in another color I ordered them too. If I see more colors I will buy them. They are amazingly comfortable and look great with jeans.

Poor Stitching -
I was so upset that the stitching on these shoes came undone shortly (one week) after purchasing. They are cute and comfy, but poor quality. If they were a lot cheaper, I would expect the quality to be a crapshoot, but for the price, they should not fall apart so easily.
