Problem with insoles - I bought this slipper, which is exactly what I wanted, except in no time the insole had fallen apart. Crept up and there was not enough left at the toes to even try to stretch and glue. I have bought slippers at another store for less; that held up much longer. I want this type without the ties, which continue to come undone, but can't find anything that lasts. Before these, I bought a pair here that was twice as much and had problems with them too. I am not one to spend this kind of money on slippers, but I live in them, and expect more for this kind of money.

I want a shoe like this that does not have the ties. But I had not had these for two weeks before the insides were sliding down to the toes, and leaving the leather exposed and cut in places. I would love them if the insides were more secure.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I bought another slippper similar to this that cost twice as much and the stitching came apart in no time.

Non Secured insoles -
The insoles (layered) separates from the inside sole of the shoe putting me off balance and painful.
I will have to super glue these after trying to realign them because the layers also separated.
Other than that they were very comfortable until the separation (about three days).

I wanted to love these slippers and tried a few sizes. They are true to size and so me being an 8.5 means the 9 was too big, and the 8 was too small. On all sizes I was bothered by the tag sewn into the inside of the shoe near the heel. I buy shearling slippers to feel the shearling not a scratchy tag.

Great slippers. . . I needed something that was indoor/outdoor sturdy and these fit the bill. Warm and comfortable.

Great warm slippers -
These slippers are super warm and comfortable. I love the fact they don't have tassels that constantly come untied. Though they are driving moc style, they are definitely slippers--not for wearing anywhere beyond your front door. They have solid construction, and are well-made.

Driving moc not as shown; more attention to detail needed -
Oddly enough, I bought these to wear myself since men's slippers are too wide for my narrow feet. The sizing was fine, but after I started wearing the very comfortable slippers, I noticed that the sheepskin did not frame the opening of the shoe in a regular way. The slippers would look much better if the same amount of sheepskin stuck out from the suede all around the opening for the foot. Except for that, the workmanship on the shoes is fine.

I was pleased w/ the speedy delivery but, am disappointed b/c the shoe has to be sent back as the sizing runs smaller than normal. I rarely send things back, so I'm troubled that I have to go thru this hassle, although glad I don't have to pay to do so. Maybe I'll find the right size next time, if I even go to the trouble of going on line to order.

These felt a little snug at first, but now after 3 days they're just right. Like the rubber sole. Not supportive, of course - ah well, can't have everything.

Love these slippers. I usually wear 7 or 7.5, but the 7 was too tight with these, 8 works perfectly. They keep my feet nice and toasty. On weekends, I put these on when I get out of bed, and don't take them off until I go to sleep.
Love Zappos too!

Gift was a hit.
I bought three mocs as a Christmas gift for someone else. The recipient loves them. I ordered her normal size, and at first she thought they were a bit too snug. As she wore them, she said they relaxed a little, molding to her feet, and now they feel great.

My Second Pair -
I enjoy these so much that I have purchased a new pair. I wore them pretty much every day for a year indoors and out, and wore them out. What I like most is that I get my fuzzy slippers without the extremely high price of another brand, but still get the comfort and look.

These slippers are wonderful!
I purchased these for my 28 year old daughter for Christmas. She just loves them! It was a perfect fit and very comfortable. Socks are not needed.

What I was looking for -
This is a great slipper that can be worn outdoors. There isn't really any support, but I didn't expect any in a slipper. The size may be a bit smaller than indicated, but I'm sure the suede will stretch to fit fine. I received them within 21 hours!!! I could hardly believe it.

Great for a House Slipper ...
But not for running errands or leaving the house, except maybe to check the mail or get the newspaper. The "fluff" is thinner in certain areas compared to others but it keeps my feet nice and toasty. Overall, they're cute and more affordable than my Uggs, but I guess I will just have to see how the slipper holds up before I order a second pair. Btw, I read some of the reviews and ordered a whole size up from what I normally wear and they feel good.

When I bought these slippers it was because they looked so comfy, instead within a week the inside started to fall apart, and within a month I had already walked them completely out of shape, terrible slippers, I do not recommend.

Fell Apart immediately -
The shoes started to fall apart about a week into wearing them. They are super comfortable at first but bottom padding came out.

I love them. They are acceptable to wear with jeans when you are just running a quick errand and don't want to look totally dorky going out with your house slippers on. Very comfy and keep my feet warm with or without socks.

Disappointed -
Unfortunately, I will be returning these slippers. I was so excited about them, because they look great. While they are warm and comfortable, my heel steps out of the back of them because they are so wide at the back. Also, they don't seem to be a very high quality product. The pair that I received looks used already, and they seem like they might fall apart quickly. The lining is not as thick in some parts as others. Disappointing. I still love Zappos, though!!

Not too big...
After reading some of the reviews, I decided to order these in the next size larger than what I normally wear. They are way too big, so I have to send them back for my normal size. I believe that they run very true to size. I wear a 7 and the eights fell right off my feet.

Small med or large -
Just got my new Fitzwell slippers. My first order was an 8. It was size was closer to a 7. I noticed the slippers are sized small, med and large. So if you wear an 8 order a 9. I did just that. The 9 is a 9 so its running a wee bit large but better than being too small. Over all the construction is nice and the lining soft. Great outer sole. Just watch your sizes when ordering.

I definitely wouldn't drive in these!
These make great house slippers and are perfect for that quick morning trip out to get the paper in the driveway. They are not suitable for extended wear and there is no way I would wear them out in public. They do fit a bit large in the toes, so if you are clumsy, be careful not to trip!

Slippers -
Unfortunately these slippers have disappointed me. For the money- the construction isn't great. The insoles started coming detached from the shoe 2-3 weeks after I had worn them. I had to remove the lining on one completely and put in an insert which is NOT the same and very annoying. The other shoe is getting ready to do the same thing. I wouldn't buy this manufacturer again, ever.

Most comfortable moccasin ever -
To wear these moccasins feels like walking on pillows and your feet don't sweat in these. They are very, very comfortable with plenty of toe room and very sturdy. Truly heaven to walk in.
