Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

Not the best quality - This boot looked beautiful online. When I saw it in person, I was very disappointed in the quality of the leather. It has thin leather that has a sheen to it. I did not think the quality was there for the price... not even the sale price. They were true to size, but not that comfortable. Too bad. I love Zappos though and am still searching for a great quality flat boot!
