Fantastic Fit -
This was my first time ordering from Zappos (based on a friend's recommendation), and I now have my favorite way to buy shoes. These are a perfect fit, and look just like they were shot for the site.

Strong smell -
The shoes fit nicely and look great, but have a very strong smell like they have been soaked in gasoline. I ordered them for a business meeting and was prepared for an excuse if one would have noticed the strong smell during the meeting.
"Sorry, I filled up my car and accidentally spilled some on my shoes..."
My advice: Buy them weeks ahead and keep them ventilated at all times...

Purchased for my husband who complains about the shoe not being comfortable. Two days after wearing the shoe he still says his foot hurts. Too bad.

They Smell Terrible!!!
I love the look of these shoes but they smell terrible! They arrived in little cloth bags, and I thought maybe that was the reason, but after 3 weeks these shoes smell as bad as they did when they arrived. I can’t keep them in my closet or the rest of my clothes stink. I can only describe it as a very strong petroleum smell. Terrible. Don’t buy.

You get what you pay for...
Shoes look expensive but are inexpensive. Overall I was disappointed as the leather at the tip of the shoes dinged and scuffed up quickly.

Pleased with my Zengara shoes -
I am writing for I own two pair of Zengara shoes. Yes, they do smell when you purchase them but that goes away in 7-10 days. They fit well, are quite comfortable, and I get many compliments on them. Good buy & value! Also...lightening fast shipping from Zappos!

Air Quality Warning -
These shoes are comfortable and look great. Unfortunately, they have a toxic, petroleum smell that isn't going away. They are making me ill, and I am keeping them on the front porch.

Overall, not too shabby.
Shoes are a bit uncomfortable when walking around for extended periods (indoor or out). Pinching on top part of shoe above toes (and no shoes aren’t too small). Style and look is great, and slight discomfort can be eased with heavier socks. Would recommend.

Great shoe -- even better price!
This dress shoe has a touch of European class and style not normally found in your local department store. The shoe is made with great craftsmanship and the long toe lends an air of fine Italian shoes of long ago. Would buy them again!

WOW!! FAST, HANDSOME . FITS LIKE A GLOVE!
I ordered a pair of these for my husband as a Christmas present about 2-3 weeks beforehand, expecting them to arrive in a week. I ordered them in the morning, and later that afternoon they arrived!! I was beyond surprised!! When my husband opened them, he loved them. Not only were they a handsome pair of shoes, but they fit perfectly!

Shoes are nice...comfortable look great. But if you order them open them up and let them sit in the garage for a week before wearing...they stink like chemicals (gas like). I wore them to a dance and everyone was asking "What's that smell?" I knew but said nada...I have 4 pair different styles and giving them a week solved the problem...enjoy.

I found the other reviews helpful when deciding on a shoe. The size of Zengara is one-half size larger than normal for me. I normally wear a 10.5 so I ordered a 10. Great fit. So far they have worn wonderfully. I wear them nearly everyday. Dress/casual doesn't matter. Great shoe for the price.

Love these shoes!
I tend to go through A LOT of shoes, and have 4 or 5 pair of dress shoes in regular rotation at any given time. These are easily my favorites. They fit well, are low maintenance (not a lot of buffing needed), are comfortable enough to walk all day on, and are very reasonably pried. Icing on the cake is they are handsome as well.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Buy a Tan and a Black pair

I read some good reviews on these shoes and that is why I purchased them. They look nice on day one, but after wearing them for a few weeks you start to notice how cheap of a shoe they really are. They look cheap and feel cheap. Would have rather spent more money and gotten a better shoe. Learned my lesson.

Shoes are great and true to size. The only thing is that it takes a while to get them worked-in. After 2 weeks of use they are finally getting easier to wear. But, yeah, they are great.

I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job.
