These glasses are great. I love the matte finish. They fit my fairly large melon quite well. I switched over from a pair of Smiths, and Costa Del Mars before that. Kaenon seems like a solid brand...a quality product, and the polarized lenses are crispy clear. I totally recommend them.

These are the best sunglasses...period! Style, function, and quality. I own the Rhino as sunglasses and the UPD as prescription. You will not find a better brand than these!

First time customer -
I had seen a review on Uncrate for a different model. I then had seen this one and tried some other models on in a store. They did not have this one in particular though. I was very pleased with the fit. Like a glove wraparound is amazing and I always look for a copper or brown polarized tint. Glass is perfect. Frame is large and should get their case if you are going to be stowing this in a bag. Barely fits the Oakley Ballistic case I have.

Incredible lenses -
These are the best quality non-glass sunglasses you can buy bar-none. They are just as good as the very best glass lensed sunglass. The clarity and sharpness is incredible and the range of use with the 12% is amazing. From bright sun to overcast skies. I found these In Steamboat CO where many of the fly-fishing guides use them due to the optics and durability.

Best sunglasses EVER -
I have had a pair of the UPDs for about 3 years now. I work outdoors at an airport and have dropped these glasses more times than I can count onto the tarmac.
The lenses have minimal scratches and the glasses have never broken. Impressed is an understatement. These glasses are worth every cent.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Im guessing all Kaenon glasses are top notch.

Great glasses -
I had never heard of this brand before so I went and checked out their website before I bought the glasses. They seemed to put a lot of effort into the functional design of the lenses in particular. I haven't been disappointed. The copper lenses work well in low and bright light conditions. They're every bit as good as any Ray Bans or Maui Jims (expensive) that I've had. Maybe better.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
