I luv these sneakers! I got the all black w/ the snake skin. It said 7B online, but my box said 7L! I have wide feet and these things feel narrow as hell! But the velcro helps; after the second wear they felt much better. I think I'm going 2 have 2 order another pair, because these are so cute! Maybe I'll get a pair w/ more colors in them 4 the summer time!

What’s not to luv??? I received my shoes in less than 24hrs, in mint condition. The look was great, the fit was great, the smell was even great. I will be shopping here again in the not so distant future.

Rad kicks!
I have the white, pink and green watermelon colors, and I get crazy compliments whenever I wear them, or "Where did you get those?" or "What brand is that?" They're super comfortable, the velcro strap helps. (I have a bunion on one foot.) I just ordered another pair in black and white. These are my fave shoes!

These shoes are really exclusive compared to Nike. So if you purchase them, be advised that you’ll most likely be the only one with `em on (dependin’ on where you live), which I consider a great thing. I've been wanting these for awhile and finally bought em. They're soo beautiful (I bought the purple/lime/leopard) and the color ways are unique. They go with anything! My only problem was that they run really small. I usually wear an 8 in women's and that's what I bought, but when I put them on they were so tight and slightly uncomfortable. I had to get them though because it was the VERY LAST PAIR they had, & I’m a dedicated sneaker fiend :] but they're definitely a great pair, made with great quality leather, just make sure you go one size up.

 |  | I work as a nurse and during my job interview with this company the owner asked me if I had ever called Zappos. He told me that I should and to pay attention to how you guys treat your customers. I got the feeling that he wants our company to follow your lead in how we work with our customers. :) So on my lunch break I CALLED, I was very pleased with my phone conversation with your staff and the lead I talked to. I got off the phone and was in a good mood and smiling. When I got back to work I shared my experience with my co-workers. Because of this little endeavor I have a better idea of how to interact with our staff and customers. When I called I had no intention of buying anything, but because of those five little minutes, the next time I am looking for hiking sandals I will purchase them from your company.
