Uncomfortable, Narrow, Cheap looking -
Leather looks cheap, almost like plastic
I can wear a Hush Puppy 10E with no problem, Fitzwell Daren in 10E was really tight. Spend a few more bucks and get some better shoes.

Comfortable -
Comfortable shoe for wide feet with toe room from the square shape of the toe. Not as heavily padded as other "comfort" shoes, though.

Great shoe for the price -
This shoe is stylish; an excellent fit and seems well made. Excellent for the price. A similar shoe from Kenneth Cole "Spiked Punch" (tried this on at a local shoe store) is not as comfortable or as true to size. The KC shoe is overly long and narrow and smells from plastics and chemicals. The Fitzwell shoe is good to wear out of the box. No break in period needed.

Nice Shoe -
These shoes are comfortable and are a nice complement to a business casual outfit for work. The only issue I have with them is that the soles tend to get a little scuffed up, but I suppose that's what shoe polish is for. I would recommend this shoe.

This shoe was made to where with jeans. I don't get to wear jeans very often at work, and now when I do I feel like I am still able to impress.

The shoes are very nice looking and fit very well. The only problem so far is that they seem to scuff up rather easily, but I guess that's what shoe polish is for.

Comfort of a sneaker in the form of a dress shoe -
I find these shoes to be quite comfortable and feel more like an athletic shoe than a dress shoe. I found it frustrating that after walking around for a little while in my old dress shoes that my feet would start to hurt. The Fitzwells' have definitely resolved that problem and I really like the look of them a lot too.
The one downside is that they don't have a leather upper so for the first couple of days the comfort wasn't great, but after they got broken in they were great.

 |  | I just had to write you about what an incredible experience it has been recently to deal with your company. I had bought a pair of rather expensive Mephisto sandals at the turn of the year that kept cutting my feet and giving me blisters. After wearing them 3 or 4 times, I gave up, threw them in the closet and figured I'd have to donate them… I ordered a new set of Mephistos that arrived this week and fit perfectly - no blisters, no problems. Along the way, I had a different pair sent that also fit wrong and those I sent back. Each time postage was paid BOTH ways, which I found remarkable, and the new shoes even came second-day air at no extra cost. I know this is standard policy for you folks, but it blew my mind. And each time I called customer service to handle the sending back of the original pair and then the second pair, until I got the final correct pair, each representative was kind, courteous, and super-competent. What an incredibly well-run company.
