Dance sneaker rating -
I wish the shoe had a little cushioning inside. I bought the shoe a size larger and it barely fits, I must wear a very thin sock. It works great for dancing.

Nice Dance Sneaker!
I am enjoying this sneaker! I ordered a full size up. I use it for Zumba and overall it is comfortable, however, it does feel a little more narrow than I thought! I will continue to wear thinner socks.

Great Zumba shoes!
I have bunions and was looking for a dance shoe with support to wear to my Zumba dance classes! These shoes are great and just what I was looking for! They give support but also "give" in the bunion area where I needed it!

I have compromised with this shoe in the interest of comfort, as it is one of the least offensive in styling. I dance, and dancers are supposed to look graceful, and these shoes do not add to that illusion. It is heavy looking. I will wear it only for lessons and practice, and my stilettos for the dances. Perhaps someone could come up with a design more appealing, yet not compromise the comfort factor.

I am so pleased with my Canvas Dansneakers by Capezio! I ordered 1/2 size larger and the fit was great. I love that they easily lace up with just a pull for a good, snug fit. Spins and cross-over foot moves are easier because the shoes are flexible and light. After 1 hour of Zumba, my feet could still go on. In fact, I've worn them to teach kindergarten a day or two and I will probably order another pair for school!

Spin, spin, spin!
It's great for spinning in relative comfort! I am a heavier person with somewhat wide feet. This shoe is a tight fit, only coming in medium sizes. Also, there is not enough cushioning under the ball of the foot. While the spinning capability is awesome, it definitely lacks arch support, but that is pretty apparent from the design.

Once broken in, these shoes are great.
Like most new shoes, these need a wearing or two to become comfortable...but they look and turn great. I have a wide foot, so a few lacing adjustments, an exercise dance class for breaking them in, and they were great.

Shoe is nice and summery-looking (white). It is comfortable and runs approximately same as shoe size. I use it as a dance sneaker and find that fast spins and turns are a little difficult.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Other Caapezios, I guess.

Versatile shoe! Great for cardio and dance -
I bought these to use for one of my dance videos because my regular workout. It fit perfectly! I wear a size 8.5 in dress shoes and 9 in sneakers to make room for my orthotics. My feet are very flat. I purchased these in a size 9 and use my orthotics with these. It is a great fit! I even use these for some of my aerobic floor/barre exercises. I workout on a wood floor. Thanks Zappos!

Be comfortable AND look good.
I bought these to replace some dance sneakers I bought at a local dance store. My old ones were bulky and ugly. These look streamlined and are really light and cool. I have used them for zydeco, swing, and two step. They're wonderful.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: For a dressy dance shoe, I like Freed of London. Spendy though!

Dansneakers -
I love these shoes, but my Tai Chi teacher says they are not appropriate for class because they are jazz shoes (and therefore not flexible enough)! I got them for Tai Chi, but I wear them wherever I can because they are so comfortable. I haven't worn Capezios since I was in junior high school, so these shoes have the added value of nostalgia for me.

Capezio dance shoes -
I use these shoes for Zumba. They are great. Make sure you order a 1/2 size or 1 size larger. They run small.

I love this shoe!
I am extremely happy with this Capezio dance shoe. It is everything I wanted. It's lightweight, canvas (so it breathes), has super flexibility, fits like a glove, looks great and comes in a wide width (which I definitely need). I bought the shoe for work (teaching aerobic dance), but being by far the most comfortable shoe I own, I am constantly tempted to keep them on my feet all day. I plan on buying another pair just for that indulgence!

Capezio Canvas Dansneaker -
I ordered this shoe in white because I wanted to wear it with lighter colored clothing. It looks pretty good but even better, the fit and performance was terrific. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who loves to dance.

Capezios Canvas Dansneaker -
My second pair! After using the first ones non stop for about a year, I could not find anything as comfortable and good looking as these ones! They are light and perfect for dancing. I bought the 9, since I wear 8 ½, so the fact that you only have to go up for ½ a point is great! Your feet will always look and feel beautiful with these ones! By far, my favorite dancing sneakers!

Capezio - Always a winner!
The Capezio name still lives up to its reputation. A great dance workout shoe and flexible between heel and toe. Has real comfort while moving. It just took me a little time getting used to the softness between the two sections, but this allows for pointing the toe.

Dansneaker review -
This shoe is very comfortable and I am able to move my feet like I need to during my class. I am not a professional dancer by any means, but the shoe works great for my dance aerobics classes. I tried wearing them without socks and if your feet tend to get hot like mine do when working out, you may need to wear socks.

I am a dancer who will only wear these shoes for my jazz routines. They are comfortable, flexible, and very fabulous overall.

Just right for active wear -
I bought these shoes to use for tai chi. However, the raised heel is not so good a choice for tai chi, and the shoe has a tendency to squeak when one turns on the toe. However, the shoes are very good for dancing. They have a nice look and are quite comfortable. I am pleased to have found them.

I could dance all night in these!
They are very comfy and I like the snug fit (I have narrow heels and most shoes slip but not these). I use them in my line dancing classes and the spins and slides are easy--the soles are just slick enough without being too slick.

I've ordered from Zappos many times, and all the shoes fit like gloves. The prices are better too.
I highly recommend this site.

I wear a 10.5 shoe and I needed a size 13 in this dance sneaker! Other than that, this is a great shoe, comfortable and flexible.

I tried a lot of shoes for ballroom dancing. This is my second pair of the Canvas Dansneaker. It's by far the most comfortable. So you can dance longer.

 | | I have never dealt with such a great company in my whole life. I just wanted to email you guys and let you know you guys are GREAT. I know how much it means to a company when customers give great feedback because I work in a large company with mediocre customer service. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! | | ~ Jorge Z., September 25 2008
