Too pointy and uncomfortable -
I was looking for a simple, comfortable (lower heel) bridal shoe and thought this would be it. Unfortunately, the shoe was way too pointy for me, and I often wear pointed-toe shoes. They are much pointier and (therefore) longer than the photos let on. In addition, even for the few minutes I tried it on, it was uncomfortable. The strap for the slingback dug into my foot, and my feet are fairly narrow. I gave it 3 stars because for some, they could be great, they're just not for me. I will be returning them.

Wedding shoe -
I loved the look of the shoe. I bought the shoe for my daughter's wedding. They were initially pretty comfortable but after several hours my feet were hurting. I don't recommend 8 continuous hours of wear particularly when you are on your feet or dancing.

This shoe is a terrific shoe. I hope you will have it in my size. I did purchase “Honey” about two years ago and I love it... very comfortable.

 |  | I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Every company has issues once in a while, yet Zappos always comes out on top. This letter is to Zappos' employees for outstanding service! I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees. Now I feel I can get out on this gorgeous sunny day, enjoying the park and all the beauty God has placed before us. Thank you Zappos for brightening my day and making my heart smile.
