This is an extremely comfortable and versatile boot. The only thing I was disappointed with was that it's a pull-on style boot, and I thought the calves were really almost baggy, so they didn't look like I originally wanted them to. However, I still wear them all the time; I really have never had such an easy high heeled boot to walk around in all day!

Not good for big calves!
I was hoping that the shaft would be stretchy as the description said it was. I had a very difficult time pulling the boot past my ankle. This would've been a perfect boot if it was stretchy and had a zipper.

Love this boot!
I really love this boot. I just love how they look with a dress and they look good with pants/jeans as well. They fit and look great!! I found the boots comfortable for long wearing and walking. However, I am use to wearing high heaels. I am very happy with all of my Zappos orders.

 |  | It is the little things like the shipping upgrades that put you above the rest of the competition. I buy a lot of stuff online and I am never as satisfied as when I purchase my products through you. Zappos simply sets the bar for me in terms of good customer service and making the customer feel like they aren't getting ripped off.
