I love these shoes. They are a great fit and my wide feet are not crying in pain after wearing them. I, like another reviewer here mentioned, wish the laces were longer.

Easy to wear jazz shoes -
Fit and style were as advertised. They are flexible enough for a full sole shoe. I wish the laces were longer! I can hardly tie them.

I ordered my regular street shoe size and ordered a wide size after reading your reviews - may not have needed to, however, they fit great and feel very comfortable and tap perfectly. Your service was excellent, they arrived within 2 days. Would not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

Perfect fit!
I followed the directions to order 1 1/2 sizes up and these shoes fit my first-time tap dancer like a glove! I also ordered them in wide since my son normally wears a wide shoe. They have been extremely comfortable and durable.

I bought these as a gift for someone. I knew they wore a 10M in a dress shoe. I followed the directions on ordering larger. I ordered an 11 1/2W and they were a perfect fit. I checked around for pricing and this was a great price. But the quality, comfort and fit are excellent. As for arrival time, they were here the next day. Five stars all around. Will be doing more shopping here.

The little boy for whom I bought this shoe loved them. They do run VERY small, as other reviewers indicated. I ordered a couple of sizes up, in fact. I had to order a different size, and it was delivered to the boy's home the very next day!

Good basic shoe, good comfort, predictable fit. Toe taps especially have nice resonance. One of the heel screws fell out in the first wearing but otherwise, no problems. Fabulously fast delivery from Zappos.

I have never tap danced before but I was appearing in a play that required it. A friend of mine suggested the Leo shoe and so I bought a pair and have been quite satisfied with them.

I am a beginner "tapper" and I was wearing a very cheap pair of shoes and decided it was time to treat my self to a good pair. I went on Zappos.com and narrowed my choice to three pairs. I decided on this pair because of the reviews of others who bought these shoes. I really like the shoes; I ordered my regular shoe size in a wide width. They were a tiny bit snug when I first put them on, but they loosen up after wearing. They are very comfortable and well made. My tap instructor also buys Leo's and she recommends them to her first time students. Happy tapping!

Comfy shoe, but order up!
I take an 11 W in women's and a 10 in men’s (approx). I ordered the 11 W in this shoe and it is a little too small. I think the 11.5 w would work (it's not in stock, darn!) so I have to return them, but I adore Zappos and order freely, as the return policy is awesome.

The delivery time was unbelievable! We ordered at 5PM and they arrived at 1PM the following day, from Kentucky to NY. I have never had such great service. The shoe was as described and a good value. I would not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

Just not wide enough...
I was excited to read all of these great reviews for this tap shoe that will fit people who have wider feet. I followed the directions and actually ordered 2 sizes larger than my street shoes (because it varies depending on the width.) I received the shoes and they were top notch in quality, but they were horribly snug. Since I have a 5E width, I usually have this problem when I order shoes. I guess my Barney Rubble feet just weren't meant to tap. sob!

New to tap and love this shoe!
At 40-something, I'm tapping for the first time, so a comfortable shoe was important. Leo's came highly recommended. I have a wide foot, so ordered the wide, which is roomy. The tap is great! I couldn't be more pleased, except that I wish the shoe was a little bit prettier.

I haven't started my tap class yet, but am anxious to do so. I tried the tap shoes on as soon as they arrived and they felt like a pair of slippers. Very comfortable. I look forward to trying them out.

Just a beginner -
I'm just a beginner who just enrolled in an adult tap class and know nothing about tap shoes. All I know is I tried 8 years ago and wasn't very good, and I couldn't stand the tap shoes I was wearing. This time I went on line and started reading reviews on tap shoes to see what other people’s thoughts and suggestions on shoes were and how they liked them, and I kept coming back to this pair of shoes, of how comfortable they were and the quality. So with your free shipping and free return shipping, I figured I couldn't go wrong for trying them. Well I made the right choice; these shoes are like the best pair of gloves for your feet. They were so comfortable and I'm a 51 year old male with wide feet, this time I can't blame it on my shoes if I can't dance. I've already had another student buy a pair of these shoes and if they made 15's or 16's the other male student in class would have bought them. Mine were a 14 and were more comfortable to him than his size 16 dress shoe he put taps on but his toe was pushing out to the front of the shoe and he was afraid he would wear it out in a month. Please encourage the company to make larger and wider sizes. If you have a wide foot it's best to order a size 1 and 1/2 larger than your dress shoe size. Love these tap shoes.

I ordered this shoe for my son - I ordered 2 sizes larger than his regular size, and they fit great. They were a little stiff at first, but he's breaking them in. Good shoe for a beginner tapper. The shipping was exceptional - I ordered on Thurs and he had them for class a few days later!

I have worn this shoe since my second year in dance and that was 10 years ago! This is the most comfortable tap shoe I have ever worn and I would never wear another unless it’s equally comfortable or better, but I have yet to find it. Its quality in sound and height of the heel make it very easy to perform complicated steps. I highly recommend it to anyone!

This shoe is amazingly comfortable. I have wide feet, and Capezio's wide widths are not very wide, so I have to go up a full size for them to fit (and they're still not wide enough). These shoes are so comfortable that I never even notice them during class.
