Thick and comfy -
These socks are very thick. I bought them hoping I could wear with them with a pair of boots that were a little too big, and these socks fit the bill perfectly. They're also great for sleeping in to keep feet warm. However, they would most likely be too thick to wear with shoes that fit already.

Hard to beat!
These have been my default socks for years, lush and full padding. They wear well if you reverse them for cold wash. Recently thought I'd try other socks to see if I could find thicker/better. Wrightsocks, the wide 2-layer type, are pretty good--but have a hunch I'll end up sticking with Thorlos.

These are wonderfully comfortable socks that are a pleasure to stretch over your feet. They are thick and supportive in all the right places. I find myself reaching for these each time I open the sock drawer!

Thick, comfy-omfy, long lasting, great feeling socks. Best sock of the market- as far as we are concerned! Excellent. Bit costly but they out last any other sock we’ve ever had.
