Nice shoe for work -
I got this shoe for work (I work in an office). Great looks and comfortable. And the waterproofing will be good for Iowa winter coming up. This was my first Zappos purchase. The first shoe I first ordered was too tight and this was my replacement (suggested by Zappos customer service rep.). Great customer experience and nice shoe. I am amazed how fast Zappos ships their shoes!

Great shoes! Fit is great, lightweight and best of all waterproof. Size fit perfectly for me (I'm a size 9). My only complaint is if the laces went through the tongue to hold it in place. Right now, the tongues slips under the laces (I use elastic laces so that might be the reason why). It's kinda annoying to have to pull up the tongue. Other than that, I'm now a fan of Dunham's. These are better than the Clarks I used to have (which wear down way too easily).

I have three pairs of Dunham Windsor’s- all 12B. They are all OK, but the first two pairs I bought, one black and one taupe, fit a bit better than this pair (brown). This pair is a bit narrower than the other two. The shoes are still wearable (with lighter socks) but I am disappointed that the fit is not more consistent.

Great looking shoe & very well made-
Color of Brown Nubuck shoe is very different than pictures show. In person uppers are darker brown and soles are black. These are great looking shoes! (Pictures don’t do them justice.) I had to put Spenco insoles in them because insoles they came with provide no cushion or arch support. Spenco's took comfort rating up quite a bit. These shoes fit the foot very well, not too snug or too loose.
Waterproof uppers seem to work well so far.

Stiff- there are better choices-
The wonderful thing about Zappos is the variety of shoes and choices. I thought these shoes would be excellent based on the reviews here, but I have found far better options.
These shoes lack the shock absorbing qualities of some other Zappos shoes I've worn. I recommend the Rockport World Tour Classic or the Echo Flexor. The Flexor is a fantastic shoe, but it is more expensive and perhaps too casual for some.
Bottom line, this is a decent shoe, but far stiffer than some others.

Very good shoe for the money-
Bought these a week or so ago and have found them to be very comfortable and sturdy for under $100. They are actually a little more trendy-looking than they look in the picture. Fit is very good and were comfortable right out of the box. A few days wear breaks them in very nicely. Shoes have a nice sturdy feel to them and the soles are well made. My only real complaint would be that they have little arch support. A decent insole (which everyone should buy anyway) corrects this and improves fit even more. The waterproofed leather does scuff somewhat, but nothing more than most shoes of this type do. I can say that I would purchase this brand again in the future.
A note on Zappos... I ordered these on a Friday evening at about 7pm and they arrived the following Monday at 2pm!! That's with the standard free shipping. GREAT service with Zappos.

Dunham's Windsor Shoes -
Very nice looking and well made. I wear a size 15B and I am very satisfied with these shoes so far, we'll see How they wear and how long they last as this is my first pair of Dunham's.

Hurts my ankles -
I have worn these shoes only a couple of times but they press on my ankles making them swell. The shoe has a high cut which is causing this problem. Also, the double A extra width means that the shoe also feels larger. I usually take a size 7 1/2 but they don't make the extra width in this size. I would not buy this shoe again.

Best investment this year -
I have a difficult time buying shoes(size 15). I am a physician in very large hospital and do a lot of walking. The Windsor is a workhorse. The support, fit, and comfort are amazing. I will probably buy another when these wear out.

Absolutely great shoes -
I can't say enough about Zappos and these shoes. I ordered the shoes and had them in 2 days. Unfortunately they were the wrong size (my fault). The on-line process Zappos has setup for returning shoes is a snap. I returned them in the original shipping box and promptly received the correct size from Zappos. The shoe is very comfortable, good looking and durable. Kudos to Zappos and Dunham.

Great Shoes -
I've had my Dunham's for about a year. Usually I wear a pair of shoes out in 6 months. They still look great, feel great and waterproof to boot. I power washed my house over the weekend and didn't get wet feet, even though the rest of me was soaked! Planning on buying another pair soon.

I've owned these shoes for a couple years now and for comfort, they're fabulous. I have a square foot and am hard to fit. For the last six months, however, I have one shoe that squeaks. It's annoying to the point that I am going to dump them. Even after using a tool to shave down some of the "tread pattern" the squeak remains. The squeak is mostly heard on smooth, vinyl flooring or laminate. I love the shoe, but the squeak is a serious problem that Dunham should look into.

Lightweight and good support in sole and arch for extended walking/hiking. Waterproof should be an added bonus on a rainy day or wet trail.

Great shoe and Zappos is great -
Several weeks ago I began to have a problem with pain on the sole of my left foot. You don't appreciate a good shoe until you have pain in your foot. I tried several shoe brands including Rockport and Ecco. No help.
I had a problem deciding between a dress shoe and a hike/walking shoe for the sturdiness.
I decided to give the Dunham Windsor a try. I ordered the shoe via the internet Monday morning. UPS delivered the shoes to my door Wednesday at noon. No extra cost to me.
The shoes felt great when I first put them on. The more I wear them the better I like them. I've now been wearing them for two weeks and love them.
Be aware, because they are waterproof, they are much sturdier than a regular shoe like Rockport and they are also just a little bit warmer than most shoes but the comfort more than makes up for those two differences.
I will be buying from Zappos again. Can't beat them. Thanks.

BIG FOOT -
You already know the trouble I have had finding shoes (all black nothing on it) for my son. He has been in size 18/19 since was a junior in high school. He needed work shoes that were all black and that fit!! I actually got your web site from a local store that could have ordered from you and charged us more, but didn't.
We have never bought Dunham brand so we said our prayers that 18's would fit. They didn't come in 19's. They fit great. My son was very impressed that they are water proof.

I bought these in the nu -buck, very comfortable and they really are waterproof. I wore these shoes everyday this winter and never had wet feet and they held up great.

Dunham's Windsor is a winner.
I ordered this shoe for my husband. It's perfect for "casual" office attire. He said the shoe is very comfortable and true to size. He wears a 4E. It's difficult to find shoes appropriate for the office in this width. He had another Dunham style he was pleased with, so now we look to Dunham for his shoe needs.

Great quality, comfort, and style -
Great shoe for work especially if you stand a good part of the time. Very comfortable and long wearing too. A casual shoe that looks good enough to wear to work or even after hours. Dunham's is a division of New balance and the quality shows.

Wonderfully comfortable shoe from New Balance right out of the box. Broad rounded toe box gives room there. Narrow heel doesn't slip. Arch support in just the right place for me. Litle projecting ears on top of heel rub a bit on my shin, but expect this to stop with break-in.

Just Perfect -
I was looking for a shoe to be confortable but strong enough to work in the field. Normally a wear a shoe for a full day. Previous shoes were very very confortable but for staying in the beach or in a boat not for working in a hot and harsh environment. Thanks God a choose Dunham because they have a great price vs quality. I am planning to by the brown ones. Good look.

Distribution Clerk's best Friend -
As a Distribution Clerk at a hospital, I spend every moment of each work day walking or standing. I have always bought New Balance walking shoes, but they began to look worn out after only a month or so. I had been looking for a pair of shoes to withstand the punishment of the warehouse and loading dock areas and still be presentable to wear in the clinical areas of the hospital. I have worn these shoes for over a year and, with a quick polish, they still look brand new. They still feel new too! They are light like a tennis shoe, but tough like a work boot. I came to this site looking for a new pair just like them and I recommend them to anyone working in health care, food service, or any other light industrial setting.

sturdy, neat, comfortable -
My orthopedist wanted to put me into custom-made shoes but I took his specifications to a local shoestore. They recommended the Dunham Windsor for the rollbar and the arch support. It's not a dress shoe but it's great for work and running errands.
