I got these shoes a year ago and they haven’t failed me yet... soft shoes with a lot of flex and comfort. I like them because of the look; Puma’s are in style... I wear them from indoor soccer, going to the movies... and they even look sharp with a suit. I also like them because of the small skin-close fit... they are good for running and activity. Soccer is my life and I wear these for indoor. GREAT traction and ball control. Paint wears off the colored stripe eventually, but they are durable otherwise. Great shoe and LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS.

Comfortable and stylish for walking, hiking, and shopping -
I purchased these sandals in the "parfait" color (something most other stores don't carry), and wear them just about everywhere. The "strappy" nature of these sandals lessens their "outdoorsy" look and actually makes them more versatile.
I tried them on at a local REI to test for fit, but Zappos has a no-hassle return policy anyhow. My instep (the top of my foot) is a bit high, so after adjustment, I didn't have much more to "let out", but in the end, they fit fine.

Wonderful surprise!
My son had recommended this shoe for me, and I had checked out the manufacturer's site; however, they did not have the same policies regarding returns, etc. When I received my Chaco's Zx/2, I was fully prepared for a break-in period - Not necessary! I have worn them a great deal and for long periods with no problems! I could not be more pleased!

Built for the Road -
Worth the money, hands down. The toe loop and ankle strap keep this sandal firmly in place, while the ankle strap is actually positioned high on the instep instead of around the ankle, avoiding the truncated leg-look that comes with a higher strap. The arch support is excellent for my foot, and the entire foot bed is comfortable enough that I can even run short distances on the sidewalk with no discomfort. The strap adjustment was a little difficult at first, but once I got the hang of it I was able to create what feels like a custom fit! I'm very excited to take these on my vacation. I also like that there is no velcro to get caught where it shouldn't, and no animal products.

Arch support a must!!
I have been hunting for a sandal with arch support for a long time. I finally got over hunting for a pretty pair and found these. They are not totally ugly but rather clumpy but have EXCELLENT arch support, they are a bit narrow - I thought I had narrow feet and found one of my heels had to adjust to the inner heel strap. Pretty color selections are great. Generally I wear a 7 ½ (Nike sneakers and more) and got the 7 which is perfect. In DANSKO clogs I wear a 38. If you don't want to dive in to this ones price I would recommend trying the flop first. I'm contemplating a pair as they look less restrictive. This is not a negative report just trying to be helpful I love shoes and am very picky about the fitting details - hate getting a pair and having to send them back because of fit. I definitely would have sent these back had I been disappointed with them. I needed these because I felt regular flip flops were ruining my arches. Also great for running after my kids in!!

Great sandal!!!
I have a few herniated discs and have to be careful of what sandals I where - after by chiropractor said that they were great shoes I bought I pair and love them. So comfortable I can wear them all day - there is no breaking in period and I get a lot of complaints on them. Worth the extra money!!!!

Overall a comfortable, nice-looking shoe. The rhubarb color is pretty and I get lots of compliments. However, I’ve had trouble with the straps on my left big toe and I keep getting blisters where they crisscross. The right feels fine.

Pain in my toe -
I bought these because everyone I know raves about the Chacos that they own. I chose this style because it looked just slightly more fashionable/feminine than the single strap. I regret my choice because the strap across the big toe slowly cinches down and cuts off my circulation as I walk. A friend of mine has the exact same complaint. Others Chaco owners have said that they solve this by just pulling the strap so that the toe crossover section lies flat on the shoe. Excellent solution if you've purchased the single strap style, but can't work at all with this style. Other than that one, fairly major complaint, the shoe is comfortable. I would recommend either buying the Z/2 Unaweep or the ZX/1 Unaweep. DON'T buy this one!!

Great amphibian treads!
Highly recommend these for water to land activity. They are comfortable, not clunky feeling, and definitely easier on the eyes than a lot of the competitors.

Great sandals!
I love my new Chaco's. They are so comfortable and make my feet feel so secure. I feel like I could walk anywhere in these! I do feel like I have to adjust them quite often. They'll be good when I start out, but as I walk they tighten up. Luckily they are a cinch to tighten/loosen!

Not for flat feet -
I was looking forward to trying these after all the reviews. Unfortunately, even though they have a decent arch, they do not provide enough support for my super flat foot. Bummer! I was also really surprised when I took them off to find that the straps had left black marks on my feet--not what I would expect from such a reputable brand.

The shoes that will take you places -
Great shoes for well, anything! This is my second pair (previous pair lasted well over 4 years). The fit is perfect with nice arch support, and comfortable for wearing long lengths of time. The straps are adjustable, which does cause some toe strangulation occasionally. Hence, the rating of 4 for comfort. Even when wet, the sole does not slip. Highly recommend these shoes to anyone who wants a versatile shoe that can take a beating (wet or dry!) and still look good 4 years later.

I absolutely love this shoe, except for the part that the straps are very light-colored, so they are very easily dirtied as I spend my summer as a camp counselor in Oregon. The straps were completely dirty on these sandals, just three weeks after I began wearing them. They started getting dirty when I took them on one 30 minute hike in the foothills one night. However, that was the only disappointment I've found with these shoes; they are amazing! They fit perfectly and are very, very comfortable!

These shoes are so cute. However, I have rather large big toes and they feel a little confined. Overall very good fit and very comfortable.

Strangely narrow toward the back, I got horrible blisters until I cut off some of the rubber of the shoe to make it wider and then had to cover that section with moleskin. Otherwise comfortable.

Chaco inspiration -
I have always loved Chaco flip-flops and this is my third pair of this style of Chacos. I purchased my first pair at the beginning of last summer and wore them out! This pair is the best of all. True comfort. If this is the kind of shoe you are looking for, you cannot find any more in any other shoe of its kind. The arch support is superior for this style of shoe. I can walk for miles!!!

Horrible!
I wore these sandals hiking in Utah and after the first day my feet were so torn up, it almost ruined our trip. The heel is so narrow (and I don't have wide feet at all) that it feels like you're walking on a clamp, pinching your heel every step you take. Not recommended. Go for Keens.

Chaco's just aren't for every foot -
After I finally figured out how to adjust all the straps (not exactly how the box explains it, but keep pulling in various directions, starting with heel), I decided the heel cup was too curved inward towards my foot, despite my narrow heel, and wasn't that comfortable. Besides, everyone's wearing them now.

Casual comfort -
These Chaco’s are much lighter than the past models which increase the comfort level when walking on them. The look is sleek and sporty. The color is a nice medium versatile brown which goes with all brown clothing. The fit is a generous 8. I am 8 1/2 and it fits well with room to spare. The only draw back is the small toe straps get tight sometimes and have to loosen them. I am pleased with my purchase overall.
