I just wanted to tell you that I think Zappos is amazing! I ordered a pair of shoes on Sat. and didn't expect to get them until Wed. due to the Memorial Day holiday. They were at my doorstep this morning (Tuesday, May 26th)! How did you do that? Even though your prices are a little higher than most places, your customer service is unbelievable!
