I Love it!
This bag is great! I am a student and it fits all my books, laptop, and girl stuff neatly and is very roomy! It has that urban sophisticated look, so you always look fashion forward with it. It is bigger than what I expected which was a pleasant surprise for the low price! :-)

I really love my Puma bag. I bought it because I'm currently an intern in a doctor's office and also a student. I needed a bag that I could carry in the office and look professional with, yet also one that would be versatile enough to hold a few notebooks for class and of course, stylish. I've gotten all three and more with this purchase. Not only did the bag arrive in record time, it fits all my needs. It's definitely a little bigger than I expected but it has a nice shape and holds all of my belongings wonderfully. Additionally, I've gotten loads of compliments because it is so stylish; I have the all black, leather bag with the Puma tiger and logo in the front corner in gold. It is perfect for everything. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It may be just a little too big for a shorter girl, but I'm about 5'8 and it's fine.

This bag is LOVELY! I was looking for a bag that I can carry to school, that would fit everything. I'm in college, so I bring so much stuff, lol. But I can fit my laptop, my books, a hoodie and an extra pair of shoes if I wanted. What's also great is that I can use it for weekend trips. What more can you ask for! It’s perfect.

A BAG OF WONDERS!!!
This bag is an excellent bag. I went on a trip for four days with it. It’s very roomy and perfect for a short trip as well as for someone who travels a lot, like me!! Couldn’t be happier!!! Puma is the best!

I love my bag I even have it in blue. I use my bag on a daily basis. It can carry a lot or a little and is very stylish. I get so many compliments and inquires of purchase. I received the bag in perfect condition in about 2-3 days. I will definitely want this bag in every color!!!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
