Decent looking, but narrow -
I agree that these are a notch up in classiness and foot support from the usual frat guy flip flops. Unfortunately, they were too narrow for me - I don't have a particularly wide foot, but it was practically spilling over the edges near the ball.

I needed a comfortable pair of flips to wear and was introduced to these. I love to go without shoes and needed a pair that would feel great even after I got them wet from watering.

Best Sandal I've Ever Owned -
I've gone through a number of sandals from Zappos looking for the perfect pair. I am a large man with big feet (6'4" 350, Size 15) and have always found sandals to either have no support, or poor quality. When I received these sandals and tried them on I was instantly in love. The leather is very comfortable and the toe bar broke in quickly. I've now owned these sandals for six months and they are my favorite pair of shoes. If it weren't for work, I'd probably only wear these sandals. I highly recommend Chaco sandals to everyone!

Enjoy the lifestyle -
I just retired and moved to a sunny climate. It was time to get rid of my old lifestyle. Enter flip-flops. I needed a pair that would look good in social situations and still give me good support. These Chaco’s fit the bill, they are a superior comfort shoe and very stylish.

Loved the brown pair so much I bought them in black. These are the best flips out there. Nothing feels more comfortable all day long. Buy a few pairs...I did.

Horrific -
I was walking on the straps where they connect to the shoe on the bottom. Two straps digging into the bottom of my foot. Just a horrific design. Look how close they are in the photo. My feet are normal, not wide or narrow, with an average arch. Beware of these things.

Traveling sandal -
Bought these in preparation for a trip to Guatemala because I knew I'd be doing a ton of walking. Was not to be disappointed in the slightest. They've since been to Bali and now I wear them basically everyday. They're still in excellent shape and are more comfortable than ever.

Abrasive strap -
Gave me a cut between my toes due to the extremely hard stitching material from the toe divider to the leather top. Am still trying to break them three weeks later. Out of the box they will cut you, beware.

Chaco Rates Well -
I made this purchase for my teenage son who has very large feet (size 15) and a high arch. I wanted good quality sandals - I made the right purchase. It was true to size and great quality. The Thong portion is nylon and a bit stiff at the beginning until you get used to it. I will consider this brand in the future.

So comfortable and spiffy!
I tried a pair of the Flipside "Fuse" sandals in a local store and I knew I had to buy a pair of the leather soled flips! The Latitude fit bill perfectly. They are super comfortable and a lot dressier than the regular polyurethane/polyester flips. They do take a little while to break in, but I remember the rubber flips took a bit of time to break in as well. Now they are the most comfortable sandals I own from Chaco. I look forward to many, many, many years of use from these excellent flip flops.

LOVE THEM!
This is my second pair of Chacos flip flops. They are the most comfortable shoes for summer. Great arch support and sturdy but so comfortable. I wore my first pair all around Portugal on vacation - literally did not wear another pair of shoes the entire trip - and we did a ton of walking. I would highly recommend these shoes. By the way, I ordered a half size under because they only come in full sizes and that worked with my foot.

Most Comfortable Flop -
Recently, I received these and must comment on how comfortable they are compared to various flops I have had before such as Oakley. They have a great arch support which I appreciate having high arches and don't slide around on my foot as much as others have in the past. I have 10.5 size feet and ordered down to a 10 as another recommended in the section on the Leather Flip. They fit just fine.

 |  | I just wanted to say that Zappos.com has completely changed my perspective of online shopping. I've always been wary of doing it, thinking of all the shipping charges and problems that undoubtedly arise if I want to return something (not to mention possible scams), but Zappos has completely changed all of this for me. I heard about Zappos early 2007 when I bought myself a pair of Converse. Ever since then, I've been so impressed with the constant effort Zappos puts in to make sure every customer is satisfied, that I now try to buy everything from Zappos before I'm forced to look elsewhere. I always used to buy electronics from another store, but now I try to purchase them from Zappos, seeing as you guys are starting to carry them (which is a big plus for me, a HUGE tech junkie). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort of your great customer service employees and also how you guys still haven't changed your 365 day policy and free shipping both ways… even though you're starting to become pretty famous now.
