Shoe Arch: No arch support
These boots are short in length, but really boxy. When I walked in them my heel slipped up and almost out of the boot. They looked pretty cute, but I can't imagine wearing these for anything. The sole is very stiff and doesn't bend so they just don't stay on your feet. I'd recommend looking at other boots.

Cute, but something's not quite right -
I thought these would be cute with my puffy black winter jacket, and they probably would be, but they're too short lengthwise and the top is too wide, even with the adjustable velcro tabs. Also, there's some weird thing inside that sort of deflates under your foot every time you take a step--was that what Moon Boots did? Whatever it is, it drives me nuts. Not the boots for me.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
