It is one of the cutest shoes I have seen! I wear a true size 4 and would say this is a true 4.5. It feels a little wide, but with a gel should do fine. The shoe is too cute to send back! I would recommend it even for you size 4 small.

I find any of the Helle shoes to be more than beautiful for a comfort shoe. I loved this one the first time I saw them but didn't buy right off because the size larger than I buy was all that was available. Also, there aren't many blue shoes around. Finally, with Zappos return policy, I took the plunge and bought them right after buying a couple other pair in my size. Their appearance was even more beautiful than I thought. When I tried them, they fit even better than the other two I bought. So, the shoes that I thought I wanted first were the ones returned and I'm now enjoying the 44504-F, to the point, I may buy the other colors available as well.

I bought these last year, because they were so interestingly different and very comfortable. They have held up well, though they did stretch out some. I got them wet and put them by a heat vent. They tightened right up. I travel a lot and can't remember how many times I have had women stop and either just look at them or compliment me on them.

I have had these for several years and note the following: These are very loose fitting and have little ball support. (I typically wear medium and don't consider my foot narrow). I added ball-of-foot cushions for more padding and to take up some of the 'width' slack.

I have been searching for grey pumps for a long time. These are as close to perfect as I got after trying at least 15 other. I look all the time. A) They fit! I was beginning to wonder if there was such a thing as a shoe size or if was relatively random. I ordered in 2 sizes given my recent experiences and the 6.5 fit, which is what my size has been. B) They are comfortable!! I can walk without getting toes pinched, heels rubbed or balls of feet irritated. I have not yet tried them on an all-day or walking basis but around the house, better than anything I have tried. C) The right heel height with the built in platform - feel lower than they are. My ruler has it at 3.75 inches, but I have tried on 3 inch shoes that felt more awkward and much higher. D) Color -- the "silver" is a pale grey, not too pale, not too silvery or shiny looking, and a true grey, not greenish as so many supposedly greys are E) The style is modern, very cute, no pointy toes (ugh! -- to me look awful and feel awful), chunky enough heel to be stable but not so chunky to be old ladyish. The one criticism is the quasi-slingback: it would have been better if they just left the piece attached - it looks like it was sliced. They are a little loose in the heel, but at least with the strap the shoes stay on and because the sling is so wide they don't go anywhere when they slip a bit. Probably a little peda bella heel grip or strip will do the trick. Love them overall.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable, and rather pretty in a funky kind of way -- truly unusual and striking. Have always had foot issues-various kinds of miseries, and as I grow downright old (you aren't necessarily old at this age, I suppose, but I am and my feet are), I have given up "beautiful" shoes (no heels over 1+ inch EVER; no strappy sandals) in favor of interesting and chic of an offbeat sort. I could wear these all day out of box first day without repercussions (unusual), but find I do prefer them with a woolly Ugg insole added. And there was room in my regular size to do that thus would judge them generous in width and overall roominess; makes them rather cozier and softer bottomed. But I can certainly wear them without an insole comfortably enough; obviously a "looser" fit, but still not too sloppy to manage with just stockings. Have a good last for me. My foot is wide, and the shoe accommodates a wide foot very easily. If you're very narrow, not sure it would suit your foot (perhaps it comes in a narrow but thinking probably not). I would recommend it highly if you find it at all cool looking; thinking of adding a brown one myself. NOT inexpensive, of course, but since I've worn them 4 days in first week; they seem well worth the price ultimately for me.

Love the shoe! The heel is just the right size and the shoe is very comfortable. But, best of all, I love the details on this shoe. Zipper, studs, etc., it really makes the shoe look better than a "regular" ugly clog. Anyone who sees it loves this shoe. Thank you Helle Comfort and to Zappos for their wonderful service. I will shop with you again!

I found the shoe to look even better than the picture, the size was true, and the width was true. I've received many compliments on them. I just hope I don't wear them out too soon

These shoes are amazing! I wore them all day, came home and ordered two other styles and colors! They look great with jeans! So stylish. You couldn't ask for more in a shoe. I wear a 9.5 and ordered the 41... They do run a little small.

Extremely cute and comfortable clogs. I wore them out of the box all day to a football game where I stood and walked all day and they felt great. Got lots of compliments too. I usually wear a 9-9 1/2 but the 40 was too small and 41 just fit.

This shoe is very comfortable and I get so many compliments on them. Everyone tells me how tiny my feet look in them, even though I bought a size larger (I had tried them on and knew they ran small). I absolutely love them - I think I will get them in brown next.

This is one of the neatest shoes I have purchased in along time. So cute! They even make my 9 1/2 size foot look smaller. These were comfortable from the very beginning, no break-in time. The comments I get when I wear this shoe are all about how cute and stylish they are.

The most comfortable shoe I have ever owned!
I absolutely love this shoe! It is very comfortable! Being a mom of 3 and 1 on the way I am constantly running to keep up with the kids. It is great to be able to wear something other than tennis shoes for comfort. They are light weight and have a hidden elastic on the side which I absolutely love because I have a wide foot. I have also had many compliments on the style of the shoe. They look great with jeans or a skirt!
I would order a size up they do seem to run small.

I'm so glad Helle came out with this style. These shoes are super comfortable and very nice looking. They run a half size small. I usually wear a European size 39 but they were too short and a 40 fit perfectly. Great comfort shoes.

I couldn't keep these shoes despite loving them and having asked Zappos for years to bring this brand to us. I must have 50 or more pairs of Helle Comforts, mostly sandals, and they are among the most comfortable shoes I own for my big, wide feet. I ordered the 44504-F in navy and it is a beautiful navy suede; it was just about 1/2 size too short for me, which surprised me. But if you have never tried Helle's, try them; you might be surprised. They are wonderful shoes, well made and very jazzy for comfort shoes!
