Nice to look at, but...
Not that comfortable to wear. My big toe was smushed up and it was very painful by the end of the night. I also wish the padding was black as it showed a lot.

Awesome yet comfortable -
Great shoe, comfortable, and high enough for jeans. I am a true size 11 and they fit well. I'm in retail and I feel they can be worn all day in comfort. Footbed is very padded.

I can't stop wearing this shoe. I finally broke down and ordered the brown shoe. I've been wearing the black shoes and the orange shoes for months. I don't want to wear anything else. This is the perfect shoe, it looks great with everything.

Very cute, a little teetery, toe box narrow -
The inner sole of these shoes are very padded, as are all natural comforts. They are, however, quite high and sole isn't rubbery, it's harder so use caution when wearing. The toe box area feels very narrow and have worn them twice and they haven't quite stretched out. Very cute looking, though.

Okay - I've only had them a little while. However, they are extremely comfortable - my big toe is just a tad squished, but I imagine it will wear fine. I wore them around the house for just five minutes when they first arrived and found that they were already conforming to the shape of my feet. I agree with other reviewers that the lining shows a good bit - while it would be nice if it were black to match the rest of the shoe, it doesn't bother me. I was also a bit concerned about the heel height - I'm leery of anything over 2 1/2 inches. Because they are platforms, the front part of the shoe is about 1 inch high - so total heel height from there is probably about 3 inches. Never had platforms before, but these are great and I'd buy them in another color. Also - it's cool to be tall!

So very bummed...
I was so excited to try this brand. I have extremely high arches I thought these might be the answer to my problems...they weren’t unfortunately. The toe box was too tight and there wasn’t enough arch support for long term wear. Although they did have a very cushiony foot bed it did show too much. They were also extremely high and unstable...I usually don’t have problems with high shoes but these had me holding on for dear life...My other issue was that there seemed to be a lot of fabric, it made the shoe a little overwhelming...I will probably try this company again as I am a glutton for punishment...and will not give up my mission to find a CUTE comfortable shoe...

The foot bed is really soft but the toe box felt a bit small to me. Also, the platform is quite high so I need to walk carefully in them (definitely not the shoe for me to chase my kids around in!).

I love Natural Comfort shoes -
These are the greatest shoes invented! They are really comfortable and cushy, but they are cute and stylish. The D100 looks adorable with skirts and dresses. Probably my favorite pair of shoes right now. The only thing I might change is the color of the inside. It does show a bit. A darker color might work better.

Cute but lining shows too much -
These are cute shoes but the padding is so high that you don’t really have much room for toe room. So it makes your toes hurt. I am sure they will be fine once the padding gets pushed down a bit from wearing them. The great vintage look of the shoe is ruined by the lining as the lining of the shoe is a different color and because the padding is so high you can see it big time, it should have been black too. Mine will be going back to Zappos.

Stylish & Comfortable -
They are soo cute on and most importantly comfortable, the only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the peep toe at first, but once you break that in they're fine. I had them on for about six hours straight and was standing or dancing the whole time and my feet barely started to feel a little sore in the last hour of wearing them. They are one of my favorite pairs of shoes to wear right now.

Natural comfort D100!
These shoes are so cute! They are great retro 40's style shoes I bought them because I loved the style and they looked cushy. I usually work in Dansko clogs... these are comfy, but not standing on your feet for a long time like I do! They are comfortable though, very cushy, and look awesome, I get so many compliments!

I am in a wheelchair, due to MS. During the normal day, my feet swell a lot. I needed a tie shoe that was large enough and would stay on while I transferred from my chair to the car. I had never bought shoes from Zappos before, but I heard they were a good, reliable company. I found the shoe I needed in the size I needed. I ordered. The shoes arrived so quickly, it was like magic. These shoes were exactly what I hoped they'd be & I will be a Zappos customer for life. Thanks, Zappos!
