Fantastic and Beautiful Pain -
I absolutely love the look of this shoe! Sadly, the toe is really really narrow and I had to work to get my foot all the way into the shoe. Once I did, it was evident that my toes were jammed in there. I love the look, but I could not take the pain, so they got returned.

Absolutely Beautiful Wedge Sandal -
These wedge sandals are absolutely beautiful, oh so comfortable and stylish. I fell in love with them. Sadly, I had to return them because my pinky toe came out a little on the side opening. Perhaps if my pinky toe were just a little bit longer they'd stay in. I don't like to wear a sandal where my pinky toe dangles on side. It just doesn't look nice. Other than that, I highly recommend these sandals for whoever has a pinky toe that can stay in.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
